Strengths

Ideal height with athletic overall frame. Impressive core strength and athleticism. Pass sets are quiet and efficient. Great vision and awareness in pass protection. Smooth opening up hips to carry wide rushers. Able to stick with speed rushers. Strong anchor when prepared to anchor down versus power. Good ability to pick up stunts. Able to quickly readjust feet to get square. Very strong hands. Able position himself to seal. Accurate hitting his marks as a run blocker. Former tight end with only two years of experience at offensive tackle. Foreign exchange student from Austria with untapped potential. Played very well in both 2021 matchups versus SEC opponents (LSU and Missouri).

 

Weaknesses

Slightly below-average length for an offensive tackle. Hands are too low in pass protection. Needs to clean up overall hand placement. Struggles versus inside move when rushers push his outside shoulder.
