NFL Announces 21 Live Preseason Games On NFL Network

Coming on the heels of last week’s reveal of five national broadcasts—on ESPN, FOX, CBS, NBC, and Prime Video—the league has announced the complete slate of preseason games set to air on NFL Network in August.

Every Saturday will feature all-day action starting at 1 PM ET (including 10 PM ET kickoffs in the second and third weeks), and the Bears notably have games on NFL Network all three weeks to give fans a close look at No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams. And that is after already appearing on ESPN/ABC for the Hall of Fame Game versus the Texans.

There is also a focus on the Patriots (with Drake Maye) and Broncos (with Bo Nix) by giving each team two games on NFL Network in addition to having a game on NBC and CBS, respectively.

It’s interesting that the Commanders (with Jayden Daniels) won’t be shown until they face New England as the final game of the preseason (again, on NBC), while the Falcons (with Michael Penix Jr.) and Vikings (with J.J. McCarthy) only have one game each as well (both on NFL Network).

Still, there will be tons of action to follow in a couple of months, and even games with key players resting are worth watching.
