Strengths

Big frame and solid build. Great overall possession target. Hands are huge and strong. Excellent high-point ability in contested coverage. Terrific catch focus over defenders. Gets his hands up late to play jump balls in the air. Phenomenal on back-shoulder passes. Uses subtle physicality to separate late on back-shoulder passes. Very comfortable adjusting late to the ball in the air. Great feel for throttling down when his quarterback pulls him back with coverage over the top on back-shoulder throws. Weapon on fade routes both out wide and from the slot. Will press cornerbacks inside before getting outside on perimeter fades. Deceptive sinking his hips in routes before accelerating downfield.  Very crisp snapping off route cuts at the intermediate level. Sinks and separates on out-breaking routes versus off coverage. Weaknesses

Average speed. Can have trouble separating from closer man coverage. Ran a simple and repeatable route tree for the most part. Has experience blocking in the box but could be more consistently forceful and physical. Inconsistent connecting with more aggressive defenders as a blocker.

Overall, Sarratt is very strong possession target with great catch focus who specializes on back-shoulder passes. Based on the flashes shown running routes underneath, there should be room for more diverse usage in an NFL passing attack.
