Strengths
Big-bodied target with vertical talent. Great possession skillset. Outstanding strength. Attacks the ball with his hands. Superb catch focus and body control. Very good build-up speed. Able to stack cornerbacks to get deep. Exceptional leaping ability. Great ability to high-point the ball in contested coverage. Works back to the ball on curls and stop routes. Able to adjust and extend for passes off his frame. Terrific timing to jump and high-point passes while working back to the quarterback outside the numbers. Tremendous feet along the boundary. Crisp on slant routes and will shield off defenders with his size. Catches slants from various depths/angles. Impressive getting out of breaks on corner routes and posts. Shows courage working over the middle. Smooth turning into a runner. Strong and elusive to break tackles after the catch. Mostly played on the right side of the formation but saw snaps on the left side and in the slot. Great overall blocking ability. Very tough. Returned and played through a high-ankle sprain in final season. Went for a 10/200/1 line in a loss to Georgia (2021).
Weaknesses
Average burst to separate. Can be slow getting off press coverage. Physicality could lead to offensive pass interference. Will sometimes drift inside late on go routes and lose positioning to take a play on the ball.

Conclusion
Overall, Tillman is an all-around possession receiver with the ability to get vertical, play above the rim, and be funneled underneath targets. He projects to be an excellent No. 2 wideout at the next level with a game similar to Michael Pittman Jr.
