2024 Fantasy Football Mock Draft 4.0: 12-Team, Full PPR

Our summer series for mock drafts continues with one of the most popular formats—a 12-team, full PPR league—as I try to hit various draft settings. The previous mock drafts can be viewed as the links below:

Mock Draft 1.0: 10-team, 0.5 PPR

Mock Draft 2.0: 8-team, Full PPR (3 WR)

Mock Draft 3.0: 14-team, 0.5 PPR (Superflex)

Round 1

1.01: Christian McCaffrey, SF RB

1.02: CeeDee Lamb, DAL WR

1.03: Justin Jefferson, MIN WR

1.04: Tyreek Hill, MIA WR

1.05: Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET WR

1.06: Ja’Marr Chase, CIN WR

1.07: Bijan Robinson, ATL RB

1.08: Breece Hall, NYJ RB

1.09: Puka Nacua, LAR WR

1.10: A.J. Brown, PHI WR

1.11: Jonathan Taylor, IND RB

1.12: Garrett Wilson, NYJ WR

Thoughts: Lamb’s case to be the No. 2 overall pick is perhaps even stronger in a full PPR format, and wideouts fly off the board with five consecutive selections before the second running back comes off the board.

Round 2

2.01: Jahmyr Gibbs, DET RB

2.02: Marvin Harrison Jr., ARI WR

2.03: Drake London, ATL WR

2.04: Davante Adams, LV WR

2.05: Saquon Barkley, PHI RB

2.06: Chris Olave, NO WR

2.07: Brandon Aiyuk, SF WR

2.08: Derrick Henry, BAL RB

2.09: Nico Collins, HOU WR

2.10: Michael Pittman, IND WR

2.11: Kyren Williams, LAR RB

2.12: De’Von Achane, MIA RB

Thoughts: Those with the second-overall pick and planning to take a quarterback early have the advantage of waiting until Round 3 if none go off the board to this point—so I can take Williams to give me a clear RB1 option and still get Jalen Hurts or Josh Allen next.

Round 3

3.01: Jaylen Waddle, MIA WR

3.02: Jalen Hurts, PHI QB

3.03: Isiah Pacheco, KC RB

3.04: Travis Kelce, KC TE

3.05: Travis Etienne Jr., JAX RB

3.06: Sam LaPorta, DET TE

3.07: Deebo Samuel, SF WR

3.08: Josh Allen, BUF QB

3.09: Rachaad White, TB RB

3.10: Josh Jacobs, GB RB

3.11: Mike Evans, TB WR

3.12: DJ Moore, CHI WR

Thoughts: It turns out neither quarterback went at the turn, and Hurts gets the edge over Josh Allen—in a complete coin flip—with a better chance of again reaching double-digit rushing scores, and the new offense should improve his passing outlook.

Round 4

4.01: Patrick Mahomes II, KC QB

4.02: Lamar Jackson, BAL QB

4.03: Joe Mixon, HOU RB

4.04: Kenneth Walker III, SEA RB

4.05: DK Metcalf, SEA WR

4.06: James Cook, BUF RB

4.07: DeVonta Smith, PHI WR

4.08: Alvin Kamara, NO RB

4.09: Malik Nabers, NYG WR

4.10: Zay Flowers, BAL WR

4.11: Cooper Kupp, LAR WR

4.12: Stefon Diggs, HOU WR

Thoughts: Kupp staying healthy and even coming close to reaching his efficiency from 2021 and 2022 would make him a deadly WR2 to pair with CeeDee Lamb, and he’s another option with a boost in full PPR leagues.

Round 5

5.01: David Montgomery, DET RB

5.02: Dalton Kincaid, BUF TE

5.03: Kyler Murray, ARI QB

5.04: Rhamondre Stevenson, NE RB

5.05: Terry McLaurin, WAS WR

5.06: Aaron Jones, MIN RB

5.07: Tank Dell, HOU WR

5.08: Amari Cooper, CLE WR

5.09: Trey McBride, ARI TE

5.10: Christian Kirk, JAX WR

5.11: Tony Pollard, TEN RB

5.12: Keenan Allen, CHI WR

Thoughts: I considered a running back here, but Kincaid has major upside along with a high-end floor—and now I’m just wondering if I should have went with Josh Allen instead of Jalen Hurts at quarterback with the stack as a tiebreaker.

Round 6

6.01: James Conner, ARI RB

6.02: Tee Higgins, CIN WR

6.03: Mark Andrews, BAL TE

6.04: George Pickens, PIT WR

6.05: D’Andre Swift, CHI RB

6.06: Anthony Richardson, IND QB

6.07: C.J. Stroud, HOU QB

6.08: Dak Prescott, DAL QB

6.09: Zamir White, LV RB

6.10: Evan Engram, JAX TE

6.11: Najee Harris, PIT RB

6.12: Kyle Pitts, ATL TE

Thoughts: Harris had rushed for 1,000+ yards in all three seasons since entering the league, and he’s also had touchdown totals of ten, ten, and eight; in a new offense that the players are excited about and entering a contract year, the former first-rounder is a strong value.

Round 7

7.01: Joe Burrow, CIN QB

7.02: Chris Godwin, TB WR

7.03: Jaylen Warren, PIT RB

7.04: Jordan Love, GB QB

7.05: Raheem Mostert, MIA RB

7.06: Jonathon Brooks, CAR RB

7.07: Marquise Brown, KC WR

7.08: Jordan Addison, MIN WR

7.09: Trevor Lawrence, JAX QB

7.10: Jayden Daniels, WAS QB

7.11: Javonte Williams, DEN RB

7.12: Calvin Ridley, TEN WR

Thoughts: Godwin moving back into the slot under new offensive coordinator Liam Coen should be a boost to his value—including more consistency and a higher floor in full PPR formats.

Round 8

8.01: Jayden Reed, GB WR

8.02: Ladd McConkey, LAC WR

8.03: Zack Moss, CIN RB

8.04: Tyjae Spears, TEN RB

8.05: Diontae Johnson, CAR WR

8.06: Xavier Worthy, KC WR

8.07: Devin Singletary, NYG RB

8.08: Keon Coleman, BUF WR

8.09: Brian Robinson Jr., WAS RB

8.10: Chase Brown, CIN RB

8.11: Rashee Rice, KC WR

8.12: Rome Odunze, CHI WR

Thoughts: A suspension is still looming for Rice, but I feel great about the roster as currently constructed, so I can take a gamble on him after he showed WR1/WR2 potential down the stretch as a rookie.

Round 9

9.01: DeAndre Hopkins, TEN WR

9.02: Nick Chubb, CLE RB

9.03: Austin Ekeler, WAS RB

9.04: Jerome Ford, CLE RB

9.05: Christian Watson, GB WR

9.06: Trey Benson, ARI RB

9.07: Brian Thomas Jr., JAX WR

9.08: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA WR

9.09: Gus Edwards, LAC RB

9.10: Blake Corum, LAR RB

9.11: Brock Bowers, LV TE

9.12: Courtland Sutton, DEN WR

Thoughts: This is another somewhat risky pick if Chubb isn’t ready to go by Week 1, but again, the roster is strong—and could be a real powerhouse late in the year if Chubb rounds back into form and Rashee Rice is featured by the Chiefs.

Round 10

10.01: Tyler Lockett, SEA WR

10.02: Zach Charbonnet, SEA RB

10.03: Kendre Miller, NO RB

10.04: Antonio Gibson, NE RB

10.05: Jakobi Meyers, LV WR

10.06: George Kittle, SF TE

10.07: Ezekiel Elliott, DAL RB

10.08: Joshua Palmer, LAC WR

10.09: Ty Chandler, MIN RB

10.10: Jaleel McLaughlin, DEN RB

10.11: David Njoku, CLE TE

10.12: Rico Dowdle, DAL RB

Thoughts: Njoku is the best value at this point with a drop off behind him at tight end, and he has FLEX optionality in addition to being a potential trade chip behind Dalton Kincaid.

Round 11

11.01: Jameson Williams, DET WR

11.02: Mike Williams, NYJ WR

11.03: Khalil Shakir, BUF WR

11.04: Curtis Samuel, BUF WR

11.05: Jake Ferguson, DAL TE

11.06: Romeo Doubs, GB WR

11.07: MarShawn Lloyd, GB RB

11.08: T.J. Hockenson, MIN TE

11.09: Josh Downs, IND WR

11.10: Rashid Shaheed, NO WR

11.11: Dallas Goedert, PHI TE

11.12: Brandin Cooks, DAL WR

Thoughts: I was between Williams, Curtis Samuel, or Jameson Williams here, and the decision was cut down to two—so I went with the big-bodied, touchdown-dependent option to pair better with stable options in CeeDee Lamb, Cooper Kupp, and Chris Godwin.

Round 12

12.01: Jerry Jeudy, CLE WR

12.02: Chuba Hubbard, CAR RB

12.03: Dalton Schultz, HOU TE

12.04: Brock Purdy, SF QB

12.05: Tyler Allgeier, ATL RB

12.06: Khalil Herbert, CHI RB

12.07: J.K. Dobbins, LAC RB

12.08: Pat Freiermuth, PIT TE

12.09: Caleb Williams, CHI QB

12.10: Hunter Henry, NE TE

12.11: Jahan Dotson, WAS WR

12.12: Cole Kmet, CHI TE

Thoughts: We’ll see if the Commanders end up making a move for Brandon Aiyuk, but it seems unlikely, so Dotson is in a great spot to rebound as the clear No. 2 wideout on an offense that will be better with Jayden Daniels under center.

Round 13

13.01: Tua Tagovailoa, MIA QB

13.02: Bucky Irving, TB RB

13.03: Roschon Johnson, CHI RB

13.04: Kimani Vidal, LAC RB

13.05: Ravens D/ST

13.06: Jared Goff, DET QB

13.07: Luke Musgrave, GB TE

13.08: Cade Otton, TB TE

13.09: Jelani Woods, IND TE

13.10: Justin Herbert, LAC QB

13.11: Adam Thielen, CAR WR

13.12: Juwan Johnson, NO TE

Thoughts: Rachaad White could remain a clear three-down option for Tampa Bay, but Irving is a very effective pass-catcher that also shouldn’t be overlooked as a runner despite his modest size at five-foot-nine.

Round 14

14.01: Jaylen Wright, MIA RB

14.02: Ray Davis, BUF RB

14.03: Braelon Allen, NYJ RB

14.04: 49ers D/ST

14.05: Elijah Mitchell, SF RB

14.06: Dameon Pierce, HOU RB

14.07: Adonai Mitchell, IND WR

14.08: Kenneth Gainwell, PHI RB

14.09: Dontayvion Wicks, GB WR

14.10: Aaron Rodgers, NYJ QB

14.11: Wan’Dale Robinson, NYG WR

14.12: Alexander Mattison, LV RB

Thoughts: Robinson will have competition for targets from Malik Nabers and others, but he should have a stable role in the slot and was recently talked up by CeeDee Lamb; like Bucky Irving, he gets a boost in full PPR drafts.

Round 15

15.01: Cowboys, D/ST

15.02: Jets D/ST

15.03: Bears D/ST

15.04: Browns D/ST

15.05: Matthew Stafford, LAR QB

15.06: Chiefs D/ST

15.07: Bills D/ST

15.08: Steelers D/ST

15.09: Keaton Mitchell, BAL RB

15.10: Justin Tucker, BAL K

15.11: Dolphins D/ST

15.12: Brandon Aubrey, DAL K

Round 16

16.01: Saints D/ST

16.02: Ka’imi Fairbairn, HOU K

16.03: Eagles D/ST

16.04: Jason Sanders, MIA K

16.05: Harrison Butker, KC K

16.06: Tyler Bass, BUF K

16.07: Jake Elliott, PHI K

16.08: Jake Moody, SF K

16.09: Younghoe Koo, ATL K

16.10: Dustin Hopkins, CLE K

16.11: Cameron Dicker, LAC K

16.12: Evan McPherson, CIN K
