2025 Fantasy Football Mock Draft 4.0: 12-Team, Full PPR (3 WR)

The latest fantasy football mock draft is for a 12-team, full PPR league with three starting wide receivers. Previous mocks can be found at the links below.

Mock 1.0: 12-Team, 0.5 PPR

Mock 2.0: 10-Team, Standard

Mock 3.0: 12-Team, Superflex PPR

Round 1

1.01: Ja’Marr Chase, CIN WR

1.02: Bijan Robinson, ATL RB

1.03: Justin Jefferson, MIN WR

1.04: Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET WR

1.05: CeeDee Lamb, DAL WR

1.06: Saquon Barkley, PHI RB

1.07: Jahmyr Gibbs, DET RB

1.08: Nico Collins, HOU WR

1.09: Christian McCaffrey, SF RB

1.10: Malik Nabers, NYG WR

1.11: Puka Nacua, LAR WR

1.12: Garrett Wilson, NYJ WR

Thoughts: Jahmyr Gibbs has now been my pick three of the first four mocks this year, but he’s an immediate turn-in-the-card selection outside the top five. We’ll see if an extra starting wide receiver leads to running backs being pushed down the board some.

Round 2

2.01: Brian Thomas Jr., JAX WR

2.02: Ashton Jeanty, LV RB

2.03: A.J. Brown, PHI WR

2.04: Drake London, ATL WR

2.05: Ladd McConkey, LAC WR

2.06: Derrick Henry, BAL RB

2.07: De’Von Achane, MIA RB

2.08: Brock Bowers, LV TE

2.09: Rashee Rice, KC WR

2.10: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA WR

2.11: Jonathan Taylor, IND RB

2.12: Trey McBride, ARI TE

Thoughts: It seems that was the case, as Derrick Henry going behind Drake London and Ladd McConkey is a surprise. I’ll gladly take him, though, and Henry somehow had an overlooked 1,900-yard rushing campaign in his first season with the Ravens.

Round 3

3.01: Tyreek Hill, MIA WR

3.02: Chase Brown, CIN RB

3.03: Josh Allen, BUF QB

3.04: Bucky Irving, TB RB

3.05: Tee Higgins, CIN WR

3.06: Terry McLaurin, WAS WR

3.07: Lamar Jackson, BAL QB

3.08: Jalen Hurts, PHI QB

3.09: Jayden Daniels, WAS QB

3.10: Josh Jacobs, GB RB

3.11: Mike Evans, TB WR

3.12: Travis Hunter, JAC WR

Thoughts: I was torn between Lamar Jackson and Davante Adams here, and wideout might get shaky with three starters that still need to be found. However, I love the idea of pairing Jackson and King Henry along with Jahmyr Gibbs to begin the roster.

Round 4

4.01: Marvin Harrison Jr., ARI WR

4.02: George Kittle, SF TE

4.03: Davante Adams, LAR WR

4.04: Breece Hall, NYJ RB

4.05: Kyren Williams, LAR RB

4.06: Jameson Williams, DET WR

4.07: DJ Moore, CHI WR

4.08: Alvin Kamara, NO RB

4.09: Joe Mixon, HOU RB

4.10: Kenneth Walker III, SEA RB

4.11: Tetairoa McMillan, CAR WR

4.12: Chuba Hubbard, CAR RB

Thoughts: Jameson Williams would be a more dangerous pick here if not for being a full PPR format, but he still carries immense upside. Also, I accidentally get another team stack with the Lions, and you can’t go wrong taking a shot on top NFL offenses.

Round 5

5.01: Zay Flowers, BAL WR

5.02: Xavier Worthy, KC WR

5.03: James Cook, BUF RB

5.04: Courtland Sutton, DEN WR

5.05: DeVonta Smith, PHI WR

5.06: Jerry Jeudy, CLE WR

5.07: DK Metcalf, PIT WR

5.08: Chris Olave, NO WR

5.09: George Pickens, DAL WR

5.10: Chris Godwin Jr., TB WR

5.11: Jaylen Waddle, MIA WR

5.12: RJ Harvey, DEN RB

Thoughts: In retrospect, Chris Godwin Jr. might have been a better selection just to balance out Jameson Williams with a steadier option. That said, DK Metcalf is the clear No. 1 target for Aaron Rodgers, and perimeter weapons have put up huge numbers with the four-time NFL MVP over the years.

Round 6

6.01: Patrick Mahomes, KC QB

6.02: Jordan Addison, MIN WR

6.03: Joe Burrow, CIN QB

6.04: Omarion Hampton, LAC RB

6.05: Brandon Aiyuk, SF WR

6.06: David Montgomery, DET RB

6.07: Calvin Ridley, TEN WR

6.08: Aaron Jones Sr., MIN RB

6.09: James Conner, ARI RB

6.10: Sam LaPorta, DET TE

6.11: Khalil Shakir, BUF WR

6.12: Quinshon Judkins, CLE RB

Thoughts: The roster now has three Detroit stars, DK Metcalf, and perhaps the most dangerous QB/RB combination in league history—so I really like how things have played out. And if Jahmyr Gibbs ever misses time, David Montgomery doubles as a top-tier handcuff in addition to his standalone value.

Round 7

7.01: Rome Odunze, CHI WR

7.02: Evan Engram, DEN TE

7.03: Jakobi Meyers, LV WR

7.04: Brock Purdy, SF QB

7.05: Baker Mayfield, TB QB

7.06: Bo Nix, DEN QB

7.07: Cooper Kupp, SEA WR

7.08: D’Andre Swift, CHI RB

7.09: Jauan Jennings, SF WR

7.10: Isiah Pacheco, KC RB

7.11: Kaleb Johnson, PIT RB

7.12: TreVeyon Henderson, NE RB

Thoughts: Cooper Kupp is determined to have a bounce-back campaign after being released by the Rams, and Seattle has big plans for the former All-Pro—signing him to a three-year, $45 million deal.

Round 8

8.01: Deebo Samuel, WAS WR

8.02: Tony Pollard, TEN RB

8.03: Stefon Diggs, NE WR

8.04: Josh Downs, IND WR

8.05: Brian Robinson Jr., WAS RB

8.06: Travis Etienne Jr., JAX RB

8.07: Ricky Pearsall, SF WR

8.08: T.J. Hockenson, MIN TE

8.09: Najee Harris, LAC RB

8.10: Michael Pittman Jr., IND WR

8.11: Jared Goff, DET QB

8.12: Tyrone Tracy Jr., NYG RB

Thoughts: Don’t be afraid to go heavy on running backs if the value is there, and I preferred Travis Etienne Jr. over Michael Pittman Jr. as the likely target at wide receiver. Jauan Jennings went last round and was someone who would have fit nicely with this roster.

Round 9

9.01: Jaylen Warren, PIT RB

9.02: Jayden Reed, GB WR

9.03: Javonte Williams, DAL RB

9.04: Christian Kirk, HOU WR

9.05: Rhamondre Stevenson, NE RB

9.06: Luther Burden III, CHI WR

9.07: David Njoku, CLE TE

9.08: Tyjae Spears, TEN RB

9.09: Zach Charbonnet, SEA RB

9.10: Rachaad White, TB RB

9.11: Tank Bigsby, JAX RB

9.12: Emeka Egbuka, TB WR

Thoughts: The quarterback situation in Cleveland might be unsettled until early September, but David Njoku should be a huge part of the offense no matter what. In a full PPR format, the projected involvement gave Njoku the edge over a couple of other options.

Round 10

10.01: Keon Coleman, BUF WR

10.02: J.K. Dobbins, DEN RB

10.03: Darnell Mooney, ATL WR

10.04: Matthew Golden, GB WR

10.05: Jake Ferguson, DAL TE

10.06: Rashod Bateman, BAL WR

10.07: Rico Dowdle, CAR RB

10.08: Cam Skattebo, NYG RB

10.09: Jordan Mason, MIN RB

10.10: Austin Ekeler, WAS RB

10.11: Wan’Dale Robinson, NYG WR

10.12: Isaac Guerendo, SF RB

Thoughts: The first bench wide receiver isn’t taken until the double-digit rounds, but Rashod Bateman is a strong option if he needs to step into the lineup—particularly due to the touchdown potential with Lamar Jackson. Depth at wide receiver is something to keep in mind for all scoring formats.

Round 11

11.01: Jalen McMillan, TB WR

11.02: Trey Benson, ARI RB

11.03: Ray Davis, BUF RB

11.04: Bhayshul Tuten, JAX RB

11.05: Rashid Shaheed, NO WR

11.06: Jonnu Smith, MIA TE

11.07: Marvin Mims Jr., DEN WR

11.08: Tyler Allgeier, ATL RB

11.09: Travis Kelce, KC TE

11.10: Marquise Brown, KC WR

11.11: Romeo Doubs, GB WR

11.12: Jaydon Blue, DAL RB

Thoughts: Marvin Mims Jr. was red hot to end 2024, and the Broncos not adding much at the position shows they have confidence in him picking up where he left off. If Mims was gone, I likely would have taken another tight end with Travis Kelce still on the board.

Round 12

12.01: Kyle Williams, NE WR

12.02: Blake Corum, LAR RB

12.03: Mark Andrews, BAL TE

12.04: Tyler Warren, IND TE

12.05: Colston Loveland, CHI TE

12.06: Adam Thielen, CAR WR

12.07: Braelon Allen, NYJ RB

12.08: Jerome Ford, CLE RB

12.09: Tucker Kraft, GB TE

12.10: Cedric Tillman, CLE WR

12.11: Dalton Kincaid, BUF TE

12.12: Justin Fields, NYJ QB

Thoughts: There were a handful of guys in consideration here, but Adam Thielen gives the roster another steady option to complement the ceiling of others on the roster. When healthy, Thielen was on pace for 1,000 receiving yards in 2024.

Round 13

13.01: Kyler Murray, ARI QB

13.02: Tre Harris, LAC WR

13.03: Dallas Goedert, PHI TE

13.04: Zach Ertz, WAS TE

13.05: Denver Broncos, DEN DST

13.06: Kyle Pitts, ATL TE

13.07: Isaiah Likely, BAL TE

13.08: Joshua Palmer, BUF WR

13.09: Roschon Johnson, CHI RB

13.10: Philadelphia Eagles, PHI DST

13.11: Hunter Henry, NE TE

13.12: Jayden Higgins, HOU WR

Thoughts: Among the options I had my eye on in Round 12, the final two left were Isaiah Likely and Joshua Palmer. To keep the Baltimore stack going, Likely got the edge as a borderline TE1/TE2 option who is currently undervalued.

Round 14

14.01: Brenton Strange, JAX TE

14.02: Keenan Allen, FA WR

14.03: Kareem Hunt, KC RB

14.04: Jack Bech, LV WR

14.05: Jaylen Wright, MIA RB

14.06: DeMario Douglas, NE WR

14.07: Nick Chubb, HOU RB

14.08: Quentin Johnston, LAC WR

14.09: Jaylin Noel, HOU WR

14.10: Steelers D/ST

14.11: Trevor Lawrence, JAX QB

14.12: Jaleel McLaughlin, DEN RB

Thoughts: It’s wise to still take shots at wide receiver with late-round picks, and DeMario Douglas is arguably the safest of the New England pass-catchers this year. Whether he can be more than a low-ceiling option for bye weeks will be determined by Drake Maye’s progress in Year 2.

Round 15

15.01: Amari Cooper, FA WR

15.02: Devin Neal, NO RB

15.03: MarShawn Lloyd, GB RB

15.04: Dak Prescott, DAL QB

15.05: Audric Estime, DEN RB

15.06: Jordan Love, GB QB

15.07: Mike Williams, LAC WR

15.08: Chiefs D/ST

15.09: Justice Hill, BAL RB

15.10: Dylan Sampson, CLE RB

15.11: Justin Herbert, LAC QB

15.12: Kendre Miller, NO RB

Thoughts: I might as well go with another ceiling option to close out the position players, and we know Mike Williams can put up monster numbers catching passes from Justin Herbert. The question is if he will be comfortably ahead of Quentin Johnston and rookie Tre Harris.

Round 16

16.01: Ravens D/ST

16.02: Vikings D/ST

16.03: Mike Gesicki, CIN TE

16.04: Jets D/ST

16.05: Michael Wilson, ARI WR

16.06: Texans D/ST

16.07: Bills D/ST

16.08: Caleb Williams, CHI QB

16.09: Brandon Aubrey, DAL K

16.10: Xavier Legette, CAR WR

16.11: Chargers D/ST

16.12: Lions D/ST

Round 17

17.01: Jake Bates, DET K

17.02: Justin Tucker, FA K

17.03: Cameron Dicker, LAC K

17.04: Packers D/ST

17.05: Wil Lutz, DEN K

17.06: Chris Boswell, PIT K

17.07: Tyler Loop, BAL K

17.08: Ka’imi Fairbairn, HOU K

17.09: Chase McLaughlin, TB K

17.10: Will Reichard, MIN K

17.11: Harrison Butker, KC K

17.12: Evan McPherson, CIN K
