Rondale Moore (ankle) is inactive for Week 16.
Arizona will be down both him and James Conner (heel) tonight as inactives, so the team will be more top-heavy than usual. This news could boost the outlook for Zach Ertz in particular.

James Conner (heel) is inactive for Week 16.
This is a surprise after Conner was reportedly going to be active, but he won’t suit up, so Chase Edmonds will start for Arizona. The Colts don’t have All-Pro linebacker Darius Leonard (COVID-19), which will boost Edmonds’ outlook as an upside RB2. We would guess Conner will be healthy for Week 17.

Brandin Cooks (COVID-19) ruled out for Week 16.
Houston didn’t activate the veteran today, so he won’t be able to play—leaving Davis Mills and the passing attack in a difficult spot for a tough matchup against the Chargers. Hopefully Cooks is able to return by next Sunday for anyone relying on him in the fantasy championship.

Sam Darnold (shoulder) has been activated from injured reserve.
Head coach Matt Rhule has said Darnold will play this week (though Cam Newton will continue to start), so the news was expected. Depending on how Newton and the team play against the Bucs, we would say there is a decent chance Darnold starts in one of the final two weeks.

Zach Pascal placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Pascal will be out on offense, and Indy is also going to be without superstar linebacker Darius Leonard on defense ahead of the Christmas Night matchup versus Arizona. From a fantasy perspective, Ashton Dulin will step up as the No. 3 wideout for the Colts.
