The top three remains the same while the No. 4 and No. 5 spots are flipped in our final Heisman rankings for October.
1. Ashton Jeanty | Boise State RB | Junior | Last week: 1
It took a massive workload of 33 carries, but Ashton Jeanty put up 128 rushing yards including the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter of Boise State’s big road win over UNLV. Not only does Jeanty’s Heisman push continue, but he’s a huge reason the Broncos have a path to the College Football Playoff.

4. Travis Hunter | Colorado WR/CB | Junior | Last week: 5 (+1)

5. Jalen Milroe | Alabama QB | Junior (RS) | Last week: 4 (-1)
As was the case with Miami, Alabama dominated a conference opponent and didn’t need a ton through the air from their quarterback. But it was another solid outing for Jalen Milroe, who threw for 215 yards while adding 11 carries for 50 yards and a nifty touchdown on the ground. Of course, the Heisman is a one-season award, but Milroe became the first player in program history with 25+ passing touchdowns and 25+ rushing touchdowns.
