Strengths
Good size and tremendous length for his frame. Appears even longer than listed measurements. Very instinctive. Excellent overall awareness/intelligence. Great quickness and confident in his change-of-direction skills. Sticky and competitive in man coverage. Light feet and extremely fluid mover. Superb reaction time. Plus burst when breaking on the ball. Possesses above average speed. Good in both press and off-man coverage. Identifies route combinations in zone coverage. Can bait quarterbacks into a bad decision. Very good tackler. Has the desired toughness for the position. Can plenty of experience lining up on either side of the formation or in the slot. Experience shadowing No. 1 receivers and has held his own against them (Denzel Mims).
Weaknesses
Can do a better job getting his head around to locate the ball in the air. Will get a bit grabby when beaten. Sometimes caught on his heels. Doesn’t use length much around the line of scrimmage. Coming off knee surgery following the Combine.

Conclusion
Overall, Gladney is an athletic and instinctive cornerback that plays with the requisite confidence and toughness for the position. I would like to see him land with a coaching staff that will help him use his length more around the line of scrimmage to reach his full potential as a No. 1 corner.
Potential 1 corner but 8th? Corner is very good then.
A GM reportedly said it’s bad lol. Wrong.
That was fake news I don’t believe a gm really said that
One of my personal favorites.
TCU always has some talent.
