Strengths

High-end football intelligence and poise. Seamlessly works through progressions. Quick trigger. Excellent touch and anticipation. Delivers the ball accuracy and on-time. Quality arm strength to make all the throws. Puts zip on the ball when there is a window. Very comfortable throwing outside the numbers. Plays with great confidence. Gives his guys a chance to make plays in single coverage. Top-notch back-shoulder ball. Can change arm angle to create a passing lane. Keeps eyes downfield when pressured. Recognizes and takes check downs. Takes care of the ball. Good accuracy on the move. Decent overall mobility; not a statue. Maneuvers in the pocket. Picks up necessary yardage as a runner but knows when to protect himself. Tough and competitive. Never looked overwhelmed in big moments. Natural-born leader.

Weaknesses

Inconsistent footwork. Sometimes throws with a poor base leading to inaccuracies. Doesn’t possess a cannon arm.

Conclusion

Overall, Fromm is a very poised quarterback with high-end intelligence, natural accuracy/touch, and great leadership qualities. I think he is worth considering at the top of the draft as a championship-caliber signal-caller that can distribute the ball to his playmakers and won’t hurt his team with turnovers.
