Strengths
Extremely aggressive player. Delivers crushing hits from deep safety spot. Can make opponents think twice going across the middle. Great speed and acceleration. Excellent length. Fluid athleticism for a taller safety. Strikes with force and wraps up. Very quick reaction time and doesn’t hesitate to play the run. Exceptional pursuit and closing speed as a tackler. Physical taking on blocks in space. Great overall play recognition. Has the size and skillset to match tight ends in man coverage. Tremendous in off-man coverage defending the slot. Quick feet to stay close to opponents. Plus awareness in zone coverage. Very good ability to get his hand in at the catch point. Has played split safety, deep safety, box safety, and slot.
Weaknesses
A bit thin for his overall size and play style. Strength is just OK for his style of play. Takes too many poor angles as a tackler and can fly in out of control. Sideline-to-sideline range is limited as a deep safety for his size/speed. Doesn’t match up well with shiftier receivers. Didn’t seem to have an impact on most blitzes.

Conclusion
Overall, Cine is an aggressive, tone-setting defender that can put fear into opponents in addition to his impressive ability in coverage. An NFL defense should be able to get the most out of Cine as a downhill middle safety with scaled back over-the-top responsibilities.
