Massive hands for a wideout. Basic in/out breaks are quick and crisp. Shows fearlessness going across the middle on slants. Tremendous crossover move to sell outside plant before breaking inside on in-breaking routes. Exceptional hands to haul in passes with varying ball placement. Good understanding of throw windows on slants. Excellent speed. Great burst/acceleration on straight free releases to get vertical. Shows another gear to accelerate and run under downfield passes. Exceptional ability to extend for throws when needed. Can play bigger than his size with the ball in the air. Very smooth catching the ball and transitioning into a runner. Plus strength after the catch. Plenty of experience both out wide and in the slot. Ideal toughness as a blocker. Moves his feet and works to stay engaged with opponents.

Below-average height. Limited route tree. Doesn’t create explosive separation out of breaks. Route deceptions likely won’t be as effective versus NFL cornerbacks. Releases can be flashy/ineffective versus hands-free press coverage. Cornerbacks are often unfazed by stop-start moves for vertical routes on the perimeter. Didn’t create much separation versus Michigan before leaving in the first half with an injury (2021).

Overall, Moore is a reliable wideout with big hands and plus explosiveness that is at his best on in-breaking routes. He will need to further develop as a route runner—particularly if used as a full-time option in the slot—to reach his ceiling versus NFL competition.
