Strengths
Excellent size/build. Superb contact balance and balance in general. Rare ability to regain his footing after stumbling on a low tackle attempt. Outstanding strength. Will spin and torpedo to pick up additional yardage when tackled. Often takes multiple defenders to bring him down. Terrific vision and pacing with clean blocking. Tremendous ability to break tackles in the open field. Great instincts as a runner to break/evade would-be tacklers. Exceptional peripheral vision and awareness. Highly effective shuffle juke cut that works downhill. Will tie in a cross stiff arm with jukes/cuts. Able to turn his shoulders to get skinny through the hole. Will see outside contain and look for a crease to hit inside. Uses a quick spin move to dodge tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Has shown the speed and second-level gear to break long runs. Soft and reliable hands as a receiver. Very good on screen passes out of the backfield.
Weaknesses
Initial burst/acceleration is just OK. Needs to be a bit more patient at times. Inconsistent effectiveness in short-yardage situations considering his size (stuffed consecutively at the goal line in multiple games). Ran a basic route tree with a bunch of simple flare outs. Lacks desired technique and urgency in pass protection.

Overall, Miller is a strong runner with tremendous balance and impressive feel/instincts when he gets into space. He needs to improve in the passing game to be counted on as a three-down option, but the skillset is there to do so.
