Strengths

Thick and muscular overall build. Outstanding length for his size. Tremendous athleticism. Elite acceleration. Terrific burst at the snap. Flashed extreme power to jar opponents when extending. Exceptional impact strength. Controls opponents when he gets his hands on them. Great ability to keep a strong base and extend to hold the spot. Can clog up the middle when lined up over the center. Often used to slant down the line of scrimmage. Excellent ability to shuffle into the hole and meet the ball-carrier to make a tackle. Good overall play recognition and instincts. Completely overpowered a pulling offensive lineman versus Florida States (2023). Excellent balance to stay on his feet with traffic around him. Shows athleticism leaving his feet to extend for tackles. Often commanded double teams. Has an effective side step and swipe move. Possesses a powerful straight arm rushing the passer. Tries to get a hand up to swat passes down. Played all along the interior. Has plenty of experience with pre-snap shifts along the defensive front. Showed juice rushing as a four-technique. Saw snaps as a five-technique.

Weaknesses

Seems to have some general stiffness. Needs to improve hand usage and have them be more consistently active as a pass rusher. Raw and needs to improve his rush arsenal in general. Too slow into his rush at times. Stunts can be too deliberate. Still learning to finish late in rushes. Almost jumps around trying to get deflections too much rather than looking to hit the quarterback. Could be better getting off a block to make the tackle when slanting. Good pursuit but doesn’t always track at full sprint if not closest to the ball.

Conclusion

Overall, Orhorhoro is a raw defensive lineman with burst, power, and flashes to feel encouraged about his chances of reaching his ceiling. The effectiveness shown versus the run should get him on the field while he develops as a pass rusher.
