Strengths
Ideal overall size with great length. Springy and relentless. Fiery competitor that brings intensity. Plays at full speed with tremendous physicality. Great balance to keep his feet. Outstanding aggression and closing burst versus the run. Tremendous pursuit. Wraps up with force to make tackles in the backfield. Impactful into contact with a small runway. Hits opponents with accuracy despite speed/aggression. Will deliver huge hits while striking directly at the waist. Keeps an eye on the ball-carrier while taking on blockers. Light and quick to avoid blocks and make the tackle. Very rangy tackler and will dive with success. Crashes down hard to play the run. Sheds with physicality. Shows an ability to extend and set the edge. Will use strength to power back tight ends in the running game. Can disrupt the pocket with power rushes. Attacks offensive tackles with two hands accurately on the chest. Shows an ability to win quickly inside. Has flashed an inside move to outside spin. Effective on stunts. Looks comfortable on short zone drops. Experience on both sides of the formation. Has played standing up and with his hand/hands in the dirt.
Weaknesses
Still needs to craft his moves as a pass rusher. Has some stiffness trying to turn the corner and flatten on speed rushes. Needs more discipline defending the run on the edge. Can be too aggressive working down the line of scrimmage and leaves cutbacks open. Almost seems to freelance and get caught in traffic or out of position. Not as strong holding position at the point of attack. Will get pushed back and abandon technique trying to hold his ground. Has shown a tell where he doesn’t get his hand all the way on the ground before the snap when dropping in coverage.

Conclusion
Overall, Isaac is an aggressive and relentless edge defender that teams should have interest in developing based on the mentality and traits. At worst, he should be able to improve as a run defender with more discipline, and there are flashes shown as a pass rusher.
