Strengths

Extremely smooth overall player. Tremendous speed and acceleration. Easy stop-and-start ability. Great quickness and footwork as a route runner. Soft hands and excellent ball skills. Will use a body catch when helpful. Quick eyes and reaction time when he locates the ball. Fantastic awareness. Phenomenal ability to get vertical from the slot. Can run right by flat-footed defenders. Breaks on downfield routes are very clean. Evades contact with hops/skips without breaking stride as a route runner. Ideal patience on out-and-up double move. Great stutter-and-go move. Able to stack vertically on the perimeter with clean outside releases. Catches the ball very smoothly down the field. Terrific tracking passes over the shoulder. Crisp on corner routes. Will efficiently flatten off dig routes rather than drifting. Sinks his hips and explodes to separate out of breaks. Efficient throttling down on stop routes. Works back to the football. Quick breaking on slants. Great getting feet in along the end-zone boundary. Flashes high leaping ability and acrobatic skillset. Looks to find open space on broken plays. Catches the ball without breaking stride. Impressive strength as a runner. Used on pop passes. Very willing blocker to help spring teammates.

Weaknesses

Releases can be more controlled versus press coverage. Can improve in general separating from press coverage outside the numbers. Struggled on some contested catches with ball placement off his frame. Seemed to slip on the playing surface quite a bit.

Conclusion

Overall, Nabers is an elite wide receiver prospect that should be a major big-play threat for an offense at the next level. The downfield ability and skill as a route runner will make him a highly productive weapon.
