Strengths

Extremely large with great raw powerful. Elite length. In very good shape for his size. Has the muscle definition of a WWE superstar. Dominant run blocker. Plus athleticism. Light on his feet out in space. Quick first step going forward as a run blocker. Very good acceleration as a lead blocker. Can use one arm to wipe someone out. Possesses a violent club move. Strikes are generally accurate. Has strong hands to stay engaged. Plays with ideal physicality and seeks work. Plays through the whistle to finish blocks. Quality mirror skills as a pass blocker. Played well against top competition and in big games. Saw snaps as a wildcat quarterback in high school.

Weaknesses

Pass sets are choppy. Overall technique can be improved in pass protection. Base is sometimes too narrow and will lead to slower reaction time. Getting top heavy will cause mechanics to get out of sync. Can struggle versus speed rushes and speed counters.

Conclusion

Overall, Wilson deserves a spot on the “all-monster” team as a huge right tackle with tremendous raw power and impressive athleticism at his size. Teams that miss out on the Day 1 options should look to Wilson as a prospect worth considering early in the second round.
