Strengths
Natural receiving skills and athleticism. Smooth overall player. Above average speed. Great feet. Clean hands catcher. Good timing as a route runner. Creates separation at the line of scrimmage when not pressed. Tracks the ball well downfield. Shows athleticism by getting up when the ball is in the air. Snatches passes off his frame. Shows courage going into traffic. Gets his feet down on the boundary. Glides with the ball in space. Seems to have high football IQ and is quick to find holes in the defense. Effective on short posts. Should be able to run more double moves. Lined up on both sides of the formation and has the skillset to thrive in slot. Played great against top competition.
Weaknesses
Lean overall build. Strength can be improved to take on physical coverage. Should be more crisp/explosive on in-breaking routes. Too much of a spectator in the running game.

Conclusion
Overall, Coulter is a smooth receiver with natural ball skills and tremendous upside to develop as a route runner in an NFL offense. The competition level shouldn’t be held against him after he proved capable versus Virginia Tech in 2019, but Coulter could be an absolute steal if he falls too far into Day 3.
i need to watch more of Coulter
Raiders might get him 3rd round.
We need the draft I’m losing my mind.
My question is upside.
I wonder where he’d be in 2021 if he didn’t come out this year.
