Strengths

Big-time vertical threat down the seam. Former wide receiver with great hands. Long arms and a big catch radius. Very good reaching for passes above his head.  Will extend with a defender bearing down. Great hand-eye coordination to finish through traffic. Long strider with excellent speed in the open field. Exceptional ability to get feet down on the boundary. Tremendous ability to track the ball downfield. Clean breaks on simple in-breaking routes. Great feet to throttle down for shorter routes. Presents a target to the quarterback and works back to the ball. Impressive elusiveness with the ball in his hands. Excellent contact balance. Able to balance the tight rope down the sideline. Experience as both an in-line tight end and in various slot alignments. Effective overall blocker with the ability to shield and create a lane. Good quickness to reach blocks on the second level.

Weaknesses

High cut with some stiffness in his hips. Can improve fighting through underneath contact. Struggles with press/physicality at times. Stiff on deceptive, shake style routes.

Conclusion

Overall, Dulcich is an athletic tight end that is most dangerous as a vertical threat down the seams. He should be a very good complementary option in a spread attack that will use him as both an in-line option and flex tight end.
