Strengths

Ideal overall size and length. Plays with excellent leverage. Very active hands. Will grab and shed opponents. Absolutely relentless with a non-stop motor. Bull rushes attack the chest of offensive tackles with force. Quick to disengage from power rushes to get to the quarterback. Able to get under the pads of opponents and extend. Outstanding stab and hop step combination. Uses swipes and slaps on speed rushes. Flashes dip around the edge. Phenomenal instincts and ability to find the ball. Great ability to close/flatten on the quarterback with limited rush depth. Shows he can win with inside moves. Extremely aggressive and punishing when wrapping up to finish. A+ hustle and pursuit. Tremendous play recognition. Physical taking on blockers. Natural anchor strength as a run defender. Gives effort to hold positioning on double teams. Excellent feel to defend screen passes. Mostly lined up at right defensive end but saw snaps on the left side. Experience shading on the inside shoulder of offensive tackles. Usually played with his hand in the dirt but sometimes rushed from a two-point stance.

Weaknesses

Movement skills have some stiffness. Will end up on the ground too easily. Goes to his knees too often. Holds up but needs to clean up overall technique as a run defender. Would like to see him explode off the ball more consistently.
