Strengths
Ideal size and frame. Natural athleticism and movement skills. Light feet for a taller tackle. Quick hands to attach and strike. Extremely patient with quiet feet into pass sets. Excellent mirror skills to match rushers. Great hand placement in pass protection. Hands are extremely strong to attach as a pass blocker. Able to lock out rushers when he gets his hands on them. Very strong extending. Engages to control with his hands when rushers get to his frame. Terrific overall patience to help overcome length issues. Hands will do just enough to slow rushers if beaten. Quick reaction time versus inside moves. Shows strength pushing back if he can regain footing in pass protection. Good quickness off the ball. Impressive upper body strength. Moves his feet well as a run blocker and works to stay engaged. Strong driving defenders out of the hole. Smooth turning his hips to create a seal. Uses strength to clear the edge and box defenders inside. Quality impact strength on double teams. Very efficient making a block at the line of scrimmage and then working to the second level. Accurate hands connecting on the second level. Strong and aggressive taking down linebackers. Powerful hands to torque defenders to the ground finishing blocks. Solid mobility for interior and outside pulls. Fluid to redirect after pulling. Moves very well in space. Good acceleration and impressive speed when he gets going. Accurate to hit opponents squarely in the open field. Experience playing further out on unbalanced lines. Showed extremely well in a matchup versus Penn State star Abdul Carter before not playing the second half due to cramps (2024).
Weaknesses
Below-average length. Will struggle reaching/combating speed rushes. Choppy steps and narrow base can lead to vulnerability versus power rushes. Anchor power can be challenged in general. Stronger defenders with length can reach his frame and push him off. Lack of length will lead to some lunging block attempts. Will lose balance and get knocked to the ground. Has some trouble getting low in short-yardage situations.

Conclusion
Overall, Milum is a well-rounded offensive tackle with natural mirror skills in pass protection and impressive ability as a run blocker. The lack of length can be overcome by his combination of athleticism, quickness, and strong hands.
