The Rams have selected Purdue tight end Brycen Hopkins with the No. 136 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Hopkins has the size and skillset to be a great tight end, but his biggest concern will be cleaning up the drops at the next level. In Los Angeles, Hopkins will start his career as the No. 3 tight end behind Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett, so he’s not currently on the radar in redraft leagues. That said, the upside is high in 2021 if the Rams feel he will be ready for a significant role in an offense that could continue to use more two-tight-end sets. For dynasty owners, the full scouting report for Hopkins can be read via the link below.
