WOLF SPORTS PROJECTION

DeeJay Dallas | Seahawks RB

DeeJay Dallas (ankle) suffered a Grade 3 ankle sprain.

Overall, this is good news after Dallas was carted off yesterday against Washington. Seattle is fortunate enough to be very deep at running back, and—though it may be a stretch—hopefully Dallas can work his way back deep into the postseason. The Miami product had a solid rookie regular season, showing flashes when he was given opportunities on offense.

DeeJay Dallas is getting carted off with an apparent leg injury.

Dallas is getting an air cast put on his right leg while gettin carted off, so this looks like a serious injury for the rookie running back. You have to feel for Dallas, and hopefully he is feeling better soon and has a speedy recovery.

The Seahawks have selected Miami running back DeeJay Dallas with the No. 144 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Dallas has a very impressive blend of power, vision, and contact balance—sometimes looking like a one-man wrecking crew for the Hurricanes. In Seattle, the rookie can provide an immediate impact on special teams, but dynasty owners in particular should have him on the radar as a potential bargain if he can carve his way into solid playing time for one of the NFL's top franchises. The Seahawks are all about competition, so Dallas will look to win a role and receive immediate playing time on offense in 2020. You can read our full scouting report for Dallas via the link below.
