The Browns activated Demetric Felton from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Felton has been activated along with Nick Chubb, and it's good to see the two running backs able to rejoin their team after missing one game while on the COVID list. The promising rookie should mix in on offense and special teams for Week 11 against the Lions.

Demetric Felton has tested positive for COVID-19, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Felton is positive along with Nick Chubb, and it wouldn't be a surprise if D'Ernest Johnson eventually followed suit—though he's in the clear for now and positioned to be the feature back on Sunday. Hopefully everyone is feeling OK and this doesn't turn into a bigger issue for the Browns.

The Browns have selected UCLA running back Demetric Felton with the No. 211 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

It took a while for him to come off the board, but Felton is a dynamic, versatile player that was featured in Chip Kelly’s offense last season—as he compiled 132 carries, 668 rushing yards, 22 receptions, 159 receiving yards, and eight total touchdowns in just six games. We’ll see what exact role the Browns have in mind for him, but Felton can play both running back and receiver, so hopefully he’s given a healthy role regardless of listed position (he was officially announced as a running back). The full scouting report can be viewed in the link below, but Felton is an electric weapon that should draw strong interest in full PPR leagues if he is able to carve out a role in Cleveland's offense.
