WOLF SPORTS PROJECTION

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

The Bears are signing Equanimeous St. Brown.

St. Brown is staying in the NFC North, but he’s moving to Chicago to play for the rival Bears. The former Packers draft pick will still also be facing his brother Amon-Ra’s team twice per year in the division. The Bears lost Allen Robinson in free agency, and the group probably only has Darnell Mooney locked into a starting role right now.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

The Packers are sign Equanimeous St. Brown to the practice squad.

Green Bay has a deep receiving group, but St. Brown will remain with the team as a depth guy on the practice squad. The Notre Dame product is not a highly-recommended hold in dynasty leagues.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

The Packers are waiving Equanimeous St. Brown.

Green Bay is very deep at receiver, so St. Brown will be in search of a new team after final cuts. Perhaps St. Brown will land with his brother Amon-Ra in Detroit, as the Lions might be in need of some size on the perimeter.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

The Packers have placed Equanimeous St. Brown (knee) on IR.

St. Brown will now miss at least the next three weeks, but perhaps the Notre Dame product will get a shot next month if Allen Lazard or Marquez Valdes-Scantling struggles. He isn’t currently a recommended stash in redraft leagues.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown suffered a high-ankle sprain, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

This injury is expected to keep St. Brown out four-to-six weeks, so the second-year receiver isn't on the radar for fantasy drafts. It might be difficult for St. Brown to win a sizable role in Green Bay's receiving corps in 2019 while missing the early part of the season.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches all five targets in Week 16.

St. Brown gained a team-high 94 yards on his five receptions against the Jets. He left to be evaluated for a concussion late in the game, so it appears the rookie receiver might be in concussion protocol heading into Week 17. We'll monitor his status leading up to the finale against Detroit.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches one pass against the Bears.

St. Brown gained seven yards on his lone reception in the Week 15 loss. The rookie receiver was open in the end zone, but Aaron Rodgers missed him with a throw that appeared too far to the inside. St. Brown isn't a highly-recommended fantasy option heading into fantasy finals.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches two passes in Packers' win.

St. Brown gained 12 yards on his two receptions against the Falcons. The rookie receiver is more of just a dynasty-league option for now.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown did not catch a pass in Week 13.

Jake Kumerow might be passing St. Brown on the depth chart, and St. Brown is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups heading into the fantasy playoffs.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches three passes in Week 12.

St. Brown gained 53 yards on his three receptions and had one carry for five yards in the Packers’ loss. The rookie receiver did his damage early in the game but couldn’t get much going late. He did leave briefly with an elbow injury, and that might have hampered him down the stretch. St. Brown will look to make a big play against the Cardinals next week.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown (elbow) has returned for Gree Bay.

St. Brown has something on his right elbow and is back in the game to start the fourth quarter with the Packers down by ten and attempting to make a comeback against the Vikings.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown (elbow) is questionable to return against the Vikings.

St. Brown has been a key target for Aaron Rodgers tonight, and it's a close game in the second half. Hopefully he's able to get back out there, but we'll update you when more information becomes available.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches one pass in loss to Seattle.

It was a great extended grab for 16 yards, but the rookie seemed to draw the ire of Aaron Rodgers on his other three targets. While St. Brown certainly has the talent to make an impact as Green Bay's No. 3 receiver if Randall Cobb (hamstring) misses more time, he is too unreliable to use in fantasy lineups. The Packers take on the Vikings in Week 12.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches two passes in Week 10.

St. Brown gained three yards on his three receptions against the Dolphins. The rookie receiver isn't yet a reliable fantasy option in standard-sized redraft leagues.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown caught one pass in Sunday night's loss to the Patriots.

It went for four yards. St. Brown had a couple downfield opportunities, but unlike fellow rookie Marquez Valdes-Scantling, he couldn't come away with them. The Notre Dame product doesn't have a big enough role to be considered in redraft leagues as the team's No. 4 or No. 5 receiver.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches two passes in Week 8.

St. Brown gained 31 yards on his two receptions versus the Rams, including a long of 23 yards. The rookie from Notre Dame has a lot of upside and should be held in dynasty leagues, but he's difficult to trust in fantasy lineups given Green Bay has a crowded receiving corps.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown makes key catch in win over the 49ers.

St. Brown caught a 19-yard pass on the final drive of the night to help set up a game-winning field goal by Mason Crosby, and it came on a nice back-shoulder grab. The Notre Dame product has flashed over the past couple weeks (89 yards against the Lions), but he is unlikely to have a significant offensive role with Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (hamstring) expected to return following the team's Week 7 bye.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

Equanimeous St. Brown catches three passes in Week 5.

With Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) both out, the rookie receiver from Notre Dame was pressed into action and played well, catching three passes for 89 yards. They were the first receptions of St. Brown's career. St. Brown showed excellent vision on a 54-yard catch-and-run late in the game, weaving through the defense for the huge gain. If Cobb and Allison miss more time, St. Brown would be in the Week 6 FLEX conversation, particularly for deeper leagues.

Equanimeous St. Brown | Bears WR

The Packers have selected Notre Dame wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown with the 207th pick (sixth round) of the 2018 NFL Draft.

St. Brown lasted a lot longer than expected, as he has 4.4 speed in a six-foot-five frame, but he isn't very physical for his size, and many teams probably wished he stayed in school another year. However, in Green Bay, he will have a chance to catch passes from Aaron Rodgers and can potentially grow into a big-time role if he's committed to being great. St. Brown is an interesting target in dynasty leagues.
