The 49ers have re-signed Kyle Juszczyk to a five-year, $27-milliom deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
General manager John Lynch had hinted something was close, and the 49ers have officially locked up their fullback ahead of free agency. From a real-life perspective, Juszczyk is a huge piece for Kyle Shanahan’s offense,

The Niners have probably been hit harder than anyone by injuries this summer, and Juszczyk is the next player that looks uncertain for the season opener. From a fantasy perspective, this doesn't make a huge impact, but Juszczyk is a key player for San Francisco in real life.

After limping over to the sideline, Juszczyk is now being carted to the locker room. Unfortunately, it looks like a serious injury for the Niners' fullback, and it'll be a huge blow to the team if he does indeed miss an extended period of time like it appears will be the case. Juszczyk had two receptions for 20 yards before leaving tonight's game, and he also helped pave running lanes for Matt Breida and Tevin Coleman as they gash Cleveland's defense.
