It was a four-yard touchdown in the third quarter on Lengel's only target of the game. The 27-year-old isn't a recommended fantasy option with just eight yards this season.

Matt Lengel catches four-yard pass in Week 8 victory.

It was Lengel's only catch of the game and his first since the 2016 season with the Patriots. The 27-year-old isn't on the fantasy radar.

The Bengals have signed Matt Lengel off the Texans practice squad.

Cincinnati decided to add a tight end with Tyler Eifert (ankle) done for the year, so they've brought back Lengel, who signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in 2015 and spent his rookie year on their practice squad. He's just depth behind C.J. Uzomah and Tyler Kroft, but the 27-year-old could potentially make an impact in Bill Lazor's offense if more injuries hit.

The Texans claimed tight end Matt Lengel, according to ESPN's Field Yates.

Lengel has spent time with New England and Cleveland over the last two seasons. Lengel might be able to carve out a role, but Ryan Griffin and Stephen Anderson are the leaders on the depth chart right now for Houston.

Matt Lengel catches first career touchdown in victory.

It was also his first career catch, and it went for 18 yards. Congrats to him for it happening on Christmas Eve. He's obviously not a fantasy option.
