The Falcons signed Tajae Sharpe.
Sharpe has familiarity with new Falcons head coach Arthur Smith from their time together with the Titans, and he'll initially provide depth in the receiving corps for Atlanta—with the potential better opportunity to win a bigger role on offense if Julio Jones ends up getting traded.
The Chiefs waived Tajae Sharpe.
Sharpe just re-signed with Kansas City earlier this offseason, so he's again in search of a new team. Perhaps the Titans will be a landing spot for the former fifth-round pick of Tennessee given the team's light receiver depth chart.

It went for 17 yards. Sharpe operated as one of Tennessee's top-three receivers in the loss to Miami, but the passing game never got going with Blaine Gabbert replacing an injured Marcus Mariota through two weather delays. Sharpe isn't a recommended fantasy option next week against the Texans.
The Titans placed Tajae Sharpe on IR, according to Jason Wolf.
Wolf, of the Tennessean, reports Sharpe re-injured his foot in the team's final preseason game versus the Chiefs and will be placed on season-ending injured reserve. Sharpe had surgery in the spring on a stress fracture in his foot, and apparently issues popped back up with it. This is obviously unfortunate for Sharpe, who will now look to 2018 to get fully healthy; but this does not have big fantasy implications, as Sharpe was expected to be fifth on the depth chart for the Titans.

The second-year receiver was out for a lot of training camp after undergoing foot surgery for a stress fracture. It was nice to see him out there for the Titans, and he had one reception for ten yards in the game. After missing so much time, he might not be locked into a roster spot because of the depth in Tennessee, and he's off the fantasy radar right now.

The second-year receiver has been on the PUP since the start of training camp a few weeks ago, and he's still getting to 100% after his foot surgery for a stress fracture. Titans head coach Mike Mularkey said Sharpe is "getting close" to returning and that they'll see with him after the Panthers game this Saturday, so it looks like Sharpe could finally be activated from the PUP next week.
