Black Friday is one week from tomorrow, and many people are going to be in the market for a new television. There are plenty of TV options out there, but we’ve gathered four of the best televisions that are available from Amazon.

LG OLED C8

The best overall television on the market is the LG OLED C8. It probably offers the best picture quality of any TV available, and it comes in three different sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch. The black levels are simply amazing, helping make an extremely-realistic picture that’s tough to top. The TV is certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the Black Friday discounts help—and those with an Amazon Prime credit card can currently get an additional 10% cash back on the C8.

 

Samsung Q8F

The picture quality probably isn’t quite as good as LG’s OLEDs, but you might have seen Samsung doing a ton of promotion for its “QLED” TVs. Xbox has called Samsung’s QLED 4K TV’s their “favorite way to play Xbox One X,” so those looking to buy a 4K TV for the sole purpose of gaming on an Xbox One X would be making a good choice with a QLED. The Samsung Q8F ranges from 55-inch to 82-inch, and the 55-inch and 75-inch models currently have discounts of over 10%. The lower end Samsung Q6F currently has a major discount into the 40% range, so gamers should strongly consider that.

 

Sony A8F

Based on the prices Sony sets some of its televisions at, they believe they offer the best picture and features on the market. Again, the LG OLEDs are probably the best available, but Sony has a strong argument with its stunning black levels and picture quality—and they price it as such with their BRAVIA OLED televisions. Basically, Sony has positioned themselves as a premium option. The Sony A8F comes in 55-inches and 65-inches, and if you really have deep pockets you can go a step up with the “Master” picture quality Sony A9F.

 

TCL 6-Series

For those that are looking to get into the 4K TV game but do not want to spend a ton on one, TCL offers great value for strong picture quality and smart TV features. The savings aren’t as great because the price is lower to begin with. The TCL Series-6 delivers the best picture quality and performance of the company’s offerings, and it comes in both 55-inch and 65-inch. Just keep in mind that it is an LED, meaning it’s difficult to achieve the blackest blacks like OLED televisions. You’ll be hard pressed to argue the picture quality is close to LG, Sony, and Samsung, but the value makes it worth the purchase for many people.
