Pittsburgh Steelers rookie JuJu Smith-Schuster, a second-round receiver out of USC, is already wise beyond his years both on and off the field. Those that watched the big playmaking receiver with the Trojans knows he brings a lot of energy on the field, but he’s already turned into one of the best NFLers to follow on Twitter.
Smith-Schuster can be found at the Twitter handle @TeamJuJu, and chances are you’ve seen some of his tweets if you’ve gone on the social media platform in the last month or so (he’s been by far the NFL’s most popular tweeter of the last few weeks). But things really escalated recently, as his beloved bike was stolen.
It all started right before the season, when he announced he got his ride for the year:

JuJu does not have his license (he is the youngest player in the NFL, after all), and he doesn’t have a car, so he’s pretty happy with getting around on his bike:

But yesterday, the bike was stolen, and Smith-Schuster had to walk to practice while wondering who would do something like steal his bike.
🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ MY BIKE GOT STOLEN 😂😂 WHY PEOPLE GOT TO BE LIKE THAT?? pic.twitter.com/W01q63IY0d

He flashed back to the good times:
This was me biking yesterday 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ gonna miss that bike for real 😭 pic.twitter.com/Xyv59LBh75

However, Smith-Schuster wasn’t just going to give up, and he started the hashtag #TeamFindJujusBike—probably while at the Steelers facility, as he later tweeted:
Gotta walk home now 😢 pic.twitter.com/zfK2x3fJzS

Nationals NL MVP Bryce Harper even got involved, which shows the soaring popularity of the former Trojan receiver.

Today, the bike was thankfully found, with the help of the police.

Amid the emotional situation for Smith-Schuster, he had Mia Khalifa, who’s exposed (A.K.A. curved) her share of people on Twitter, apparently try to talk to him. But he showed he had his head on straight, while creating a ton of laughs in the process.
Oh hell nah, I’m not fallin for this lol. I’m young not stupid 😂😂😂 https://t.co/i2rmgT2pqt

JuJu might be 20 years old, but he handled that one like a 20-year vet.
Just check him out on Twitter, and there’s a ton of hilarious stuff—from his excitement over Le’Veon Bell’s return to his epic touchdown celebrations being sustained with hilarity (Exhibit A below), Smith-Schuster is rivaling Sixers center Joel Embiid, if not passing him, as the best sports follow out there.
