If you didn't notice, we are running a hero tournament running alongside the NCAA tournament. Here are the one seeds in the tournament, with a recap of their path to the final four. Follow along on our Twitter page to vote for the hero you believe should win each matchup, as the first two rounds will run through Sunday.
Batman (number one overall seed)
“The Caped Crusader” is the favorite heading into the #WhiteWolfHeroBracket. Batman has done more his city, Gotham, than almost anyone else has done for their city. He has a strict moral code, has the coolest gadgets out there, and can take out almost anyone in a fight. Considered the heavy favorite in his own region, Batman likely won’t face a challenge until he potentially faces someone like Daenerys Targaryen in the lower half of his region.
Jon Snow
The King in the North is a prototypical hero. He almost always tries to what is right, and he even pledged his life to the Night’s Watch to protect the wall up north. Snow has led victories in very important battles, and he even slayed a White Walker. He might have some tough matchups in his bracket—including possible matchups against Captain America, James Bond, and Jason Bourne—but he has a good shot at reaching the final four.
Luke Skywalker
Considered by many as the greatest Jedi to ever live, Luke Skywalker gets the nod as a one seed in the #WhiteWolfHeroBracket. Skywalker has some good genes because if we were doing a villain bracket, his father Darth Vader would be a number one seed in that. The bracket does not line up very well for Skywalker, however, as he might be up against the very popular Deadpool in the second round. If Luke can get by his top half of the bracket, his friend Han Solo may be waiting for him in the quarterfinals.
Superman
It’s not easy to beat someone with only one weakness (Kryptonite), but Superman has what is likely by far the toughest bracket. Superman could potentially have to get by Wolverine, Indiana Jones, Obi-wan Kenobi, and the Super Saiyan Goku on his way to the final four. If Superman can advance through his region, a matchup could await with his friend Batman.
