Football is back, and—in HBO’s words—so is “America’s Team,” as the trailer for this year’s Hard Knocks has been released.
America’s team is back.

There are already quite a few storylines shaping up at the start of training camp with Dak Prescott’s health (including the recent shoulder injury in addition to his ankle recovery), CeeDee Lamb’s practice dominance, the reshuffled defense, Ezekiel Elliott’s fitness (said to be the best of his career), and of course team owner Jerry Jones all set to be featured.
Also, the Hall of Fame Game against the Steelers on Thursday night will give us actual football that could be highlighted in the season premiere next week.
We’ll see what happens, but hopefully COVID-19 is an afterthought to give viewers a football-heavy season after last year’s disappointment following both Los Angeles franchises.
Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys premieres on Tuesday, August 10 on HBO and HBO Max.
I’m ready.
Jones knows how to sell his team.
