Join now >Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) will be a game-time decision tomorrow night.
Patterson was limited in practice this week, and despite the feeling that the versatile running back might miss time with his ankle injury, it feels like he might tough it out and give it a go against the Patriots tomorrow. Check back in 90 minutes before Thursday Night Football to see if Patterson is active or inactive for Week 11.

The Jets are expected to start Joe Flacco in Week 11.
Jets rookie quarterback Zach Wilson (knee) is still not at 100%, and the Jets are opting to go with the veteran Flacco instead of Mike White against the Dolphins. ESPN’s Rich Cimini says the Dolphins’ ability to blitz is a big reason for the Jets going with Flacco this week as they look to get a win. Also, the Jets probably want to get some play from Flacco after surprisingly trading a conditional sixth-round pick for him earlier this season.

The Eagles activated the practice window for Miles Sanders (ankle).
It’s a great sign for Sanders that the 21-day practice window is officially being activated for the first day of practice this week. The expectation is that he’ll be cleared and ready to go for Week 11 against the Saints, but we’ll see if he’s activated off injured reserve by Saturday at 4:00 PM ET.

Elijah Mitchell (finger) is having a procedure done.
The rookie’s status is said to be unclear, but getting surgery isn’t a good sign, especially since Kyle Shanahan might not want ball security to be a possible concern with others capable of stepping up in the backfield. While there is a chance Mitchell is able to suit up as soon as Week 11, fantasy owners shouldn’t count on it, and Jeff Wilson Jr. needs to be rostered in all leagues as a potential plug-and-play RB2. This news could also give Trey Sermon another shot for the run-heavy Niners.

The Ravens released Le’Veon Bell.
Coming off the mini bye, Baltimore is parting ways with the veteran running back. Bell has been in an unfortunate spot the past couple of years, as he hasn’t gotten close to the type of workload he was used to during his days with the Steelers. The veteran running back did not get much of an opportunity to show what he can do in Baltimore, but he did score a couple of touchdowns for the team. This move probably means Latavius Murray (ankle) is set to return after missing a few games. We’ll see if Bell is able to find a new team this season.
11/16/21 - 12:47 PM ET
The Packers have released Blake Bortles.
Bortles was brought in when Aaron Rodgers and the team were having COVID issues, but they are again releasing the former No. 3 overall pick. We’ll see if Bortles—who has only thrown two passes since leaving Jacksonville following the 2018 season—is able to get a shot elsewhere this year.

Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) is unlikely to play on Thursday night, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Patterson is still be evaluated, but it’s not a surprise that he’s unlikely to go on a short week, and it sounds he could miss multiple games. Mike Davis and Wayne Gallman would split the work for Atlanta’s backfield against the Patriots, and both will be on the FLEX radar. Calvin Ridley (personal) won’t be back this week, so Matt Ryan and the Falcons will be undermanned on Thursday night.
