Keenan Allen (hip) was officially limited in today’s practice.

This is a good step in the right direction for Allen after he missed yesterday’s practice. Allen is thought to have a good chance of playing against the Ravens, and the final Week 16 injury report with Allen’s official game status will be out tomorrow with the Chargers playing on Saturday night.

Zach Pascal catches one pass in Week 15.

Pascal gained 12 yards on his lone reception versus the Cowboys. Pascal is not yet a recommended fantasy option, as he’s more of a dynasty-league hold for now.

Spencer Ware (hamstring) was officially a limited participant in today’s practice.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid called Ware day-to-day and said the injury that forced him to miss last Thursday’s game is minor, and we’d expect he’ll be ready to go. Ware might have played last week if it wasn’t a short week. It’s also worth noting that Ware is no longer listed with a shoulder injury in addition to the hamstring, so the former ailment appears to be healed now.

Ryan Grant catches two passes against the Cowboys.

Granted gained 16 yards on his two Week 15 receptions. Grant is more of a solid real-life contributor than he is a recommended fantasy option at the moment.

Keke Coutee (hamstring) remains limited in practice.

We’ll let you know if anything changes, but expect Coutee to be a limited practice participant throughout the week. The rookie receiver would probably do well to be listed as questionable when the final Week 16 injury report is released on Friday.

Zach Zenner finds the end zone in loss to the Bills.

Zenner rushed ten times for 45 yards, including a one-yard touchdown run. He also caught three passes for no gain. The 27-year-old has now rushed for lines of 12/54/1 and 10/45/1 over the past two weeks, and he’s clearly supplanted LeGarrette Blount as the team’s lead early-down runner with Kerryon Johnson (knee) out. If Johnson misses another game, Zenner will be worth considering as a FLEX option against Minnesota.

DeSean Jackson (thumb) was limited in today’s practice.

Jackson said he hopes to return this week against the Cowboys, and this is a good start to the week for him. We’ll see if he’s able to get up to a full practice tomorrow or Friday.
