New England lost another game in Miami, a rare place they’ve had struggles, but it wasn’t the fault of Brady, who had one of his best games of the year in the Week 14 loss. Brady was 27/43 for 358 yards and three touchdowns along with one carry for three yards against the Dolphins. His first touchdown was to Julian Edelman on a short zig route; his second was to Cordarrelle Patterson on an absolute laser deep down the seam for 37 yards; and his third was to Rob Gronkowski on a 16-yard corner route. The first touchdown was a record-breaker for the G.O.A.T., as he became the NFL’s all-time leader in passing touchdowns including postseason (580) in a feat that should probably be getting talked about and recognized more than it is. Fantasy wise, this was the second best showing of the season for Brady, and he appears to be clicking at the right time for fantasy owners. He’s obviously in the QB1 mix for a potential shootout with the Steelers in Week 15.

Russell Wilson, Seahawks pickup big win over the Vikings, 21-7.
Wilson was 10/20 for 72 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception, also adding seven carries for 61 yards. The performance certainly wasn’t what fantasy owners were expected, but Seattle played stout defense all night, and a boneheaded interception by Wilson at the end of the first half didn’t end up costing Seattle, who led 3-0 heading into the fourth quarter before scoring 18 more unanswered points. Russell should bounce back next week in San Francisco as a low-end QB1.

Deshaun Watson, Texans have nine-game winning streak snapped in 24-21 loss to Indy.
Watson was 27/38 for 267 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions, also adding five carries for 35 yards. The score game on a seven-yard throw to DeAndre Hopkins in a comeback attempt, but it was too little, too late for Houston. Fortunately, they get a great bounce-back opportunity next Saturday against the Jets, so Watson should be in lineups as a strong QB1.

Tyreek Hill (heel/wrist) is officially listed as questionable for Thursday night.
Hill was again limited in today’s practice. He’s thought to be ready to go to face the Chargers, but he’s no lock to play on a short week despite the optimism—especially with the Chiefs in a strong position in the AFC West even with a loss considering their division record. Check back for Hill’s status tomorrow at around 6:50 PM ET.
12/12/18 - 03:18 PM ET
Erik Swoope held without a catch in win over the Texans.
Swoope was targeted once, but Eric Ebron was the only tight end to catch a pass on Sunday. Fantasy owners should look elsewhere for Week 15.
12/10/18 - 10:34 AM ET
Seahawks shut down the Vikings in Monday night win.
Kirk Cousins was 20/33 for 208 yards and one touchdown along with three carries for five yards and a fumble lost in the Week 14 loss as Minnesota drops to 6-6-1 on the season. While the numbers aren’t bad, this was not a good game from Cousins and the Vikings offense. Cousins was not very accurate, missing at least a couple of would-be touchdowns if he would’ve put throws on target. His touchdown was at the end of the game on a short pass to Dalvin Cook to avoid a shutout make it a 21-7 game. Seattle is a tough place to play, and Cousins will look to bounce back next week against the Dolphins at home. He’ll remain in the QB1 mix for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.
12/10/18 - 11:15 PM ET
Ryan Grant catches 15-yards pass in win over the Texans.
It was his only reception of the game. Grant isn’t a recommended fantasy option heading into next week’s matchup against the Cowboys.
