Join now >Danny Amendola (knee) is active against the Patriots.
After he was able to string together a couple of practices back-to-back to start the week, Amendola was fully expected to face his former Patriots team today. He’s in the FLEX mix for deeper PPR leagues.

Damien Williams scores twice in Chiefs’ Week 14 win.
Williams carried eight times for 14 yards and a touchdown along with four receptions for 16 yards and a touchdown against the Ravens. The rushing score was a one-yarder in the first half, and the receiving score was on a short pass in the flat where he was wide-open on a designed play for a game-tying score to send the game to overtime. Despite the two scores, Spencer Ware (20 touches, 129 yards) clearly outperformed Williams in the game. However, Ware left the end of the win with a hamstring injury, so his status is up in the air for Thursday night. Williams would be at least an RB2 option for the second week of the fantasy playoffs versus the Chargers if Ware is forced to miss the game.

Josh Doctson (hip) is officially active for the Redskins.
Doctson was listed as questionable for today’s game, but he’s ready to go against the Giants. The former first-round pick isn’t a highly-recommended fantasy option for the first week of the fantasy playoffs.

Spencer Ware gets 20 touches in Week 14.
Ware carried 15 times for 75 yards and caught five passes for 54 yards in the Chiefs’ overtime victory against the Ravens. This was a tough matchup against the team No. 1 in points allowed to opposing running backs, but Ware ran the ball very well and grinded out positive yardage all game for the Chiefs. He missed the end of the first half after an apparent shoulder injury on a nice 31-yard catch-and-run down the sideline, but he returned in the second half. He didn’t appear to be in the game in overtime, as he apparently injured his hamstring; his situation obviously must be monitored with a short week this Thursday night against the Chargers. Aside from the injuries, the only downside to the performance was that Damien Williams took a couple of short touchdowns (including a run up the middle that Ware probably would’ve easily converted for one yard). Ware’s status will be monitored closely leading up to Thursday night.

Keke Coutee (hamstring) is inactive against the Colts.
Coutee is thought to be close to a return, but he’s not ready to face the Colts today. The rookie receiver had 11 receptions for 109 yards against Indy in their first matchup of the season, so the Texans will look for other guys like Demaryius Thomas to step up across from DeAndre Hopkins.
12/9/18 - 11:31 AM ET
Patrick Mahomes leads Chiefs’ comeback and overtime win against the Ravens.
Mahomes was 35/53 for 377 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the thrilling Week 14 victory for the Chiefs. The first score came early in the game on a corner route to Travis Kelce, then the Ravens did a relatively good job of limiting Kansas City’s offense in the second half until Mahomes led a comeback with a game-tying touchdown drive capped by a short touchdown throw to Damien Williams (on a fourth down) to send the game to overtime, which the Chiefs won with a field goal and stop by the defense. Aside from the interception he forced into double coverage down the field, it was a spectacular game for Mahomes, who made clutch plays at the end including an absolute dime to Tyreek Hill on the run to keep the game-tying drive alive. Mahomes also had an amazing no-look, across-his-body pass that he put right on the money. Even with Sammy Watkins (foot) out, this offense is incredibly tough to stop, and Mahomes will remain an obvious elite QB1 this Thursday night against the Chargers.
12/10/18 - 07:41 AM ET
Duke Johnson Jr. is officially active for Week 14.
Johnson has a heavy heart dealing with the death of his grandmother, but he’s ready to go against the Panthers. Johnson is a solid option in PPR leagues for the first week of fantasy playoffs.
