Kerryon Johnson (knee) remains out of practice.
It doesn’t look like Johnson is going to play in Week 14. Hopefully things change, but he’ll likely be ruled out tomorrow.
12/6/18 - 04:01 PM ET
Danny Amendola (knee) was limited in today’s practice.
After two straight limited practices, the veteran receiver looks set to play this Sunday against the Patriots. He might still be listed as questionable when the final injury report is released tomorrow, though
12/6/18 - 03:45 PM ET
Evan Engram (hamstring) remains limited in practice.
Engram is probably headed for a questionable tag when the final Week 14 injury report is released tomorrow. He’s not really on the fantasy radar in standard-sized leagues, though.
12/6/18 - 02:33 PM ET
Sterling Shepard (rib) was officially a full participant in today’s practice.
Shepard is good to go for Week 14 against the Redskins, which isn’t surprising after he was able to play through the rib ailment last Sunday. Consider the third-year receiver an uninspiring FLEX option for the first week of the fantasy playoffs.
12/6/18 - 02:32 PM ET
Joe Mixon (foot) remains limited in practice.
Mixon’s foot issue still isn’t thought to be a big issue, but check back tomorrow when the final Week 14 injury report is released to ensure there’s no uncertainty about his status for the first week of the fantasy playoffs heading into the weekend.
12/6/18 - 02:18 PM ET
The Broncos announced Emmanuel Sanders has suffered a torn Achilles.
This was the fear, and the team just announced that he has been placed on injured reserve. It’s a tough and abrupt end to the season for the veteran receiver, who ends his 2018 campaign with 71 receptions for 868 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games. Sanders will turn 32 in the offseason, but he played well this season after he was said to have extra focus and motivation heading into the year. Expect him to be a mid-late round selection in 2019 fantasy drafts. The future of Denver’s receiving group led by Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton must step up over the final four games of the season as the team looks to make the postseason.
