Wilson was hurt on a screen pass that he took for a nice gain before getting hit in the leg. He’s now headed to the locker room, but hopefully he’s able to return to the game. The Niners have basically been treating Wilson like a workhorse today, giving him ten touches in less than a half.

Greg Olsen suffered a ruptured plantar fascia.
Olsen’s injury is almost certainly a season-ending injury, which the veteran tight end is indicating. Maybe he’ll somehow get good news, but expect Olsen to be placed on injured reserve in the coming days.

Christian Kirk leaves game with apparent leg injury.
Kirk was limping around and then headed to the locker room, and his day is almost certainly over with under two minutes remaining against the Packers. Before leaving, Kirk caught three passes for 54 yards as he did battle with fellow rookie Jaire Alexander for much of the afternoon. Hopefully the rookie receiver doesn’t miss any more time with the injury, but more information should become available in the next day or so.

Lamar Jackson has been cleared to return against the Falcons.
Jackson cleared concussion protocol and is likely to re-enter the game for Baltimore’s next offensive series.

Tyler Boyd leaves game after taking big hit.
Boyd took a big hit on a deep ball down the middle and remained down on the turf. Hopefully Boyd is OK, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Sterling Shepard (ribs) is back in the game for the Giants.
He’s back in there in the third quarter, but he might be limited for the rest of the game.

Lamar Jackson is in concussion protocol.
Jackson was kicked in the head on a designed quarterback run deep in the red zone. He stayed in the next play but is now being looked at for a concussion. Robert Griffin III is now entering the game for Baltimore, but hopefully Jackson is OK and can get cleared to return to the game.
