Join now >Christian McCaffrey dominates in Panthers’ loss.
Carolina lost its third straight game as they fell to Seattle, but McCaffrey did his part with a monster performance. The second-year running back had 17 carries for 125 yards and a touchdown along with 11 receptions (on 11 targets) for 112 yards and a touchdown. He had a long run of 59 yards and a long reception of 38 yards in the Week 12 loss; both scores were by the goal line. McCaffrey’s 229 scrimmage yards set a new career-high, and he became the first player in Panthers history with 100+ rushing yards and 100+ receiving yards in a game. McCaffrey next faces a Bucs team he hit with 157 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns earlier this season, and he’s obviously one of the best RB1 options out there.

Cam Newton throws two touchdowns in Panthers’ loss.
Newton was 25/30 for 256 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception along with eight carries for 63 yards against the Seahawks. Overall, it was an efficient game from Newton, but he had a key interception on a pass forced to the end zone in a tight three-point loss as Carolina has now dropped three straight games. Both scores were in the red zone (one to Curtis Samuel and one to Christian McCaffrey). Overall, this was another strong showing for Newton, who will remain one of the better QB1 options next week against a Bucs team he threw two touchdowns against a few weeks ago.

Joe Mixon gets 21 touches against the Browns.
Mixon carried 14 times for 89 yards and caught seven passes (on seven targets) for 66 yards in the Bengals’ Week 12 loss. It was good to see Mixon remain heavily involved on offense despite the team falling behind big early in the game, and the second-year running back continues to offer a high floor in fantasy lineups. Next week against a Broncos defense that’s been playing tougher against the run in recent weeks isn’t an easy matchup, but Mixon is at least an RB1/RB2 option in Week 13 fantasy lineups. If Andy Dalton (thumb) is out, the running threat of athletic quarterback Jeff Driskel might help open up some running lanes for Mixon.

Ed Dickson catches two passes in Week 12.
Dickson gained 13 yards on his two receptions against his former Panthers team. The veteran tight end isn’t a reliable fantasy option at the moment.
11/26/18 - 11:19 AM ET
Keelan Cole held without a catch in loss to the Bills.
Cole was targeted twice, but his quiet season continues. While not his fault playing for a collapsing team/offense, the former undrafted free agent has been one of the biggest fantasy disappointments of the year. Cole should stay out of lineups in Week 13.
11/26/18 - 10:25 AM ET
Malik Turner catches one pass in Week 12.
Turner gained 19 yards on his lone reception against the Panthers. This was the first career reception for the undrafted rookie from Illinois, and hopefully it’s the first of many in a long career. Turner isn’t on the fantasy radar yet.
11/26/18 - 11:18 AM ET
Jeff Driskel plays well in relief of Andy Dalton in Week 12.
Dalton was forced to leave against the Browns because of a thumb injury, but Driskel entered the game and brought the Bengals back to make it a relatively close loss. Driskel was 17/29 for 155 yards and one touchdowns along with three carries for nine yards and a touchdown. The passing touchdown was to Tyler Boyd and was Driskel’s first career passing touchdown. The athletic dual threat quarterback hasn’t received many opportunities in the NFL, but he has obvious upside. He might have some streaming value if Dalton is forced to miss more time because of his thumb injury.
