Corey Coleman did not catch a pass in Week 12.

Coleman had a drop on a slant route on his only target of the day against the Eagles. It was good to see Giants head coach Pat Shurmur give the former first-round pick encouragement after the drop, as that’s probably what he needs as he looks to get his career on track and make a big impact. Coleman is not a recommended fantasy option outside of leagues that offer points for return yardage, where Coleman is doing a good job (he had a 46-yard return in the loss).

Elijhaa Penny gets one touch in Week 12.

Penny caught one pass (on one target) for seven yards against the Eagles. He’s not getting enough work to be a fantasy option.

Bennie Fowler catches two passes in Week 12.

Fowler gained 23 yards on his two receptions versus Philadelphia. Fowler is not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.

Russell Shepard catches one pass against the Eagles.

Shepard’s lone reception in the Giants’ Week 12 loss went for 29 yards. Shepard is more of a real-life contributor than reliable fantasy asset right now.

Sterling Shepard catches four passes in Week 12.

Shepard gained 37 yards on his four receptions against the Eagles, who held up well despite all their injuries at cornerback. Shepard has been held under 40 yards in each of the past four games after a very good start to the season, so he’s a risky play next week against the Bears.

Rhett Ellison catches four passes in Giants’ loss.

Ellison gained 77 yards on his four receptions against the Eagles, as he worked as the clear primary tight end with Evan Engram (hamstring) not playing in the game after an injury in pre-game warmups. This was a strong performance by Ellison, who is someone worth keeping an eye on if you need TE help down the stretch. He might currently be a preferred option over Engram, even if Engram is healthy.

Odell Beckham Jr. catches five passes in Week 12.

Beckham gained 85 yards on his five receptions (nine targets) against the Eagles. He had a long reception of 39 yards down the left sideline, but he was surprisingly held relatively in-check for much of the game. He was probably interfered with on a pass to the end zone, but the official did not throw a flag. 85 yards is a very good game, but this was a slightly disappointing performance against an Eagles secondary that is depleted. OBJ has a tough matchup with Chicago next week, but he obviously must remain in fantasy lineups.
