Antonio Gates comes alive in Week 11 loss.

After being held below 20 yards and out of the end zone in every game since September, Gates caught five-of-seven targets for 80 yards and a touchdown against Denver. Unfortunately, it didn’t lead to a win, but Gates showed he still has some left in the tank at 38 years old. The future Hall of Fame tight end is worth considering as a low-end TE2 next week, but he’s unlikely to have a repeat performance against Arizona.

Alvin Kamara scores against the Eagles.

Kamara had 13 carries for 71 yards and one reception for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Saints’ Week 11 victory. Mark Ingram ran the ball well and scored twice on the ground, but there was more than enough to go around in New Orleans’ offense. The score was late in the game on a 37-yard deep ball down the right sideline against Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins to extend an already big lead. Obviously, you’ll want to keep Kamara in Week 12 fantasy lineups against a Falcons team he had 15 receptions for 124 yards against in Week 3.

Keenan Allen goes for 9/89/1 in loss to the Broncos.

He also rushed once for a one-yard gain. Overall, Allen was great and won the battle against Chris Harris (even causing a mini meltdown by Denver’s top corner), but Los Angeles struggled late in a 23-22 defeat. The former third-round pick (who scored from four yards away on Sunday) isn’t on the pace that he was a season ago, but he’s as consistent as they come, so Allen remains a solid WR1 next week against the Cardinals; he should avoid Patrick Peterson in the slot.

Mark Ingram scores twice in Saints’ win.

Ingram carried 16 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns in a rout against the Eagles. The first score was a walk-in 14-yarder, and the second was a goal-line carry. Ingram also had a 38-yard run in the game. After a slow stretch, Ingram has point totals of 22 and 21 (standard scoring) the last two games, and he’s a strong option for Week 12 against the Falcons.

Taysom Hill throws two passes in Week 11.

Hill was 1/2 for ten yards and added three carries for four yards. One throw to the end zone was not very close to the mark, and the Eagles did a nice job of limiting Hill as a runner, but he continues to get action as a versatile weapon for the Saints. Hill will look to do some damage on Thanksgiving night against the Falcons.

Drew Brees lights up the Eagles in Week 11.

Brees was 22/30 for 363 yards and four touchdowns as the Saints extended their winning streak to nine games. The future Hall of Famer simply put on a clinic, spreading the ball around and putting it on the money to his receivers. The touchdowns were to Tre’Quan Smith, Austin Carr, Michael Thomas, and Alvin Kamara, and they were all dimes to the end zone. Brees is arguably the top quarterback option on Thanksgiving night at home against a Falcons team he had five total touchdowns against back in Week 3.

Austin Ekeler totals 69 yards in loss to the Broncos.

Ekeler rushed six times for 29 yards, also adding two receptions for 40 yards. The second-year back had been quiet over the past couple weeks with just six carries for 40 yards, but he’s still averaging 5.8 yards per carry as a dynamic change-of-pace to Melvin Gordon. Ekeler will be a decent FLEX option in all formats next week against the 2-8 Cardinals.
