Tre’Quan Smith explodes for huge game against the Eagles.

Philadelphia attempted to take away Michael Thomas, and Smith took advantage with a huge performance in New Orleans’ 45-7 Week 11 victory. Smith was targeted 13 times, catching ten passes for 157 yard and a touchdown. The score was on a 15-yard strike to the front of the end zone, where Smith held on in between two defenders. The rookie receiver made more spectacular catches in the game in what was another huge performance. Smith obviously has the potential for these type of blowup games in a great offense with a great quarterback, so you could do worse than him as a high-upside FLEX option—though he does have a low floor.

Tyrell Williams caught two passes for 22 yards in Sunday’s loss to Denver.

Williams was third on the team with six targets, but seventh in yards as Philip Rivers spread the ball around on 43 pass attempts. The veteran looks entrenched as the No. 2 wideout ahead of Mike Williams, but he’s not a highly recommended fantasy option heading into next week’s matchup against Arizona.

Mike Vrabel says Marcus Mariota’s injury is a stinger.

This seems to indicate the injury is unrelated to the elbow/nerve issue Mariota dealt with earlier this season, but it’s still not 100% clear at this point. We might not get clarity on Mariota’s Week 12 status until official practice reports are released later this week. For now, consider Mariota 50/50 for next Monday night against Houston.

Virgil Green caught two passes for 27 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Broncos.

Green had a big first down late in the game for one of grabs, but Los Angeles wasn’t able to hold on in a 23-22 defeat. The veteran isn’t a recommended fantasy option heading into next week’s game against the Cardinals.

Mike Williams caught two passes for 56 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Broncos.

Williams helped set up one of Philip Rivers’ scores after a nice grab down the right sideline, but he saw just three targets on the day, and it was his first game with multiple catches since Week 5. The Clemson product carries big-play and touchdown potential down the stretch, but he’s a low-floor FLEX option for Week 12 against the Cardinals.

Dwayne Washington receives three carries in Week 11.

Washington had -3 yards on his three attempts against the Eagles, as he was in on a few obvious run situations with the Saints up 38 points in the fourth quarter. Washington isn’t getting enough work to be a fantasy option right now.

Zach Line gets one carry in Saints’ win.

Line had -1 yard on his lone attempt against the Eagles. He’s obviously a much better real-life contributor than fantasy asset.
