Sammy Watkins (foot) is officially inactive against the Cardinals.

Watkins’ foot injury isn’t thought to be serious, as holding him out is considered more of a precaution with the team sitting at 8-1 with a matchup against the Rams on deck next week. Watkins is expected to be ready to go against his former Rams team for Week 12’s Monday night matchup, but his practice status will be tracked leading up to the game.

Kerryon Johnson (ankle) is officially active for Week 10.

Johnson was listed as questionable entering the weekend, but he was expected to play today against the Bears. In a tough matchup at potentially less than 100%, consider the rookie running back more of a FLEX option this week.

The Jets promoted Davis Webb from the practice squad.

With Sam Darnold (foot, doubtful) set to miss tomorrow’s game, Webb will back up starter Josh McCown. The Jets have reportedly liked what they’ve seen from the Giants’ 2017 third-round pick, but ideally McCown will stay on the field against the Bills tomorrow. Webb is just a fantasy option in very deep dynasty leagues.

The Jets placed Neal Sterling on injured reserve.

Sterling is dealing with a concussion, so hopefully it’s not very serious. Sterling’s season ends with six receptions for 47 yards. Sterling is set to become a free agent after the season, so we’ll see if the Jets bring him back.

Matt Barkley is expected to start for the Bills tomorrow.

Josh Allen (right elbow) has been ruled out, and the Bills have decided to go with Barkley over Nathan Peterman against the Jets. The team is looking to give the offense a spark, but Barkley won’t have much help around him with a supporting cast that hasn’t played well this season. Barkley is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 10.

Josh Allen (right elbow) has been ruled out for Week 10.

The Bills have announced that Matt Barkley is expected to start against the Jets, as they’re looking to get a spark on offense against the Jets with Nathan Peterman struggling. The good news for Allen is he appears to be close to a return after being limited in practice all week, so he should have a decent shot of playing in Week 12 after Buffalo’s bye next week.

Jamison Crowder (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 10.

Crowder remains week-to-week in what’s certainly been a frustrating contract-year for him. Perhaps he’ll look to get healthy for a Thanksgiving matchup with the Cowboys in a couple weeks, but we’ll see if he’s able to face the Texans next week. Maurice Harris and Josh Doctson will be Washington’s top two receivers tomorrow against the Buccaneers.
