Drew Brees | Retired QB

Drew Brees, Saints improve to 5-1 with 24-23 victory over the Ravens.

Brees was 22/30 for 212 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions, also rushing four times for three yards. The league’s all-time leading passer threw his 500th career touchdown pass on a one-yard throw to Benjamin Watson in the first half, and then he connected with Michael Thomas from five yards out in the fourth quarter. New Orleans was able to survive after Justin Tucker shockingly missed would-be game-tying extra point with 28 seconds to play, and they continue to sit atop the NFC South heading into a playoff rematch with the Vikings next Sunday night. Especially with Xavier Rhodes (ankle) banged up, it’s not a shy-away game for Brees, who should be treated as at least a low-end QB1.

Kenny Stills | Free Agent WR

Kenny Stills scores in Dolphins’ loss.

Stills caught a five-yard corner route against the Lions, and he unfortunately ran into and injured a security guard after the catch. It was good to see him show class by checking to see if the woman was OK. Stills is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups right now, but the Texans are a beatable secondary on deep balls, and he faces them on Thursday night.

10/22/18 - 11:38 AM ET

Nick O'Leary | Raiders TE

Nick O’Leary catches two passes against the Lions.

O’Leary gained 23 yards on his two receptions in the Dolphins’ Week 7 loss. O’Leary is a reliable option for Miami, but he’s difficult to trust in fantasy lineups.

10/22/18 - 11:36 AM ET

Jakeem Grant | Free Agent WR

Jakeem Grant catches both targets in Week 7.

Grant gained 32 yards on his two receptions against the Lions. With Albert Wilson injured and likely to miss a lot of time, Grant might become a clear top-three receiver for the Dolphins. He’ll look to make some big plays on Thursday night against the Texans.

10/22/18 - 11:35 AM ET

Mike Gesicki | Bengals TE

Mike Gesicki catches all three targets against the Lions.

Gesicki gained 44 yards on his three Week 7 receptions, with a long reception of 27 yards. The yardage total marks a new career-high for the rookie tight end, but he continues to split work with Nick O’Leary, making him difficult to trust in fantasy lineups right now.

10/22/18 - 11:34 AM ET

Antony Auclair | Texans TE

Antony Auclair caught three passes for 15 yards in Sunday’s win over the Browns.

Auclair has been involved in all three games that Jameis Winston has appeared in, but it’s led to just 28 scoreless yards. The 25-year-old isn’t a recommended fantasy option.

10/22/18 - 11:34 AM ET

Danny Amendola | Retired WR

Danny Amendola scores in Week 7.

Amendola was targeted seven times against the Lions, catching six passes for 84 yards and a touchdown. The score was on a deep crossing route, with Brock Osweiler delivering a dime on the run and Amendola going up to get the pass in the end zone. Amendola now has liens of 8/59 and 6/84/1 in two games with Osweiler as the starter, and he’ll look to keep it going against the Texans on Thursday night. The veteran receiver is a solid FLEX option, especially in PPR leagues, for the matchup.
