J.J. Nelson | Free Agent WR

J.J. Nelson caught two passes for eight yards in Thursday night’s loss to the Broncos.

He also rushed once for seven yards. The speedster unfortunately has limited fantasy value with Bruce Arians now in the broadcast booth.

Cody Latimer | Free Agent WR

The Giants placed Cody Latimer on injured reserve.

Latimer hurt his hamstring in last Thursday’s win against the Eagles. Perhaps he’ll be brought back as a designated-to-return player, but his season is probably over. If Latimer doesn’t play again this season, his year ends with six receptions for 108 yards. Russell Shepard is likely to step up as the No. 3 receiver behind Sterling Shepard and Odell Beckham Jr., but the team is likely to go with more two-tight-end sets moving forward.

Matt LaCosse | Free Agent TE

Matt LaCosse catches one pass against the Cardinals.

LaCosse’s lone reception in the Week 7 win went for 12 yards. LaCosse isn’t on the fantasy radar right now.

Rod Streater | Browns WR

Rod Streater is out for the season with a fractured neck.

Streater just tweeted “Thanks for all the prayers! Pretty scary injury but luckily I was able to walk away from it with just a fractured neck.” It’s great to hear that Streater is handling the situation with optimism despite his season coming to an end. We wish the Temple product luck as he recovers from his injury.

10/16/18 - 10:23 AM ET

Courtland Sutton | Broncos WR

Courtland Sutton scores in Week 7.

Sutton was open deep on a trick play, making a spectacular diving catch on a throw from fellow receiver Emmanuel Sanders. The rookie receiver was also targeted on a fade route later in the game, drawing a penalty to put the ball at the one-yard line. As the third option in the passing game, Sutton isn’t a highly-recommended fantasy option yet, but he looks like an excellent dynasty-league own.

10/18/18 - 11:41 PM ET

Dontrelle Inman | Free Agent WR

The Colts signed Dontrelle Inman.

Inman was most recently with the Bears after being traded by the Chargers, and he had a 58/810/4 season just two seasons ago with the Chargers. At six-foot-three with speed, Inman will look to work his way into a big-play threat for the Colts. He’s not a recommended fantasy pickup, but he’s someone to keep an eye on.

10/16/18 - 09:38 AM ET

Chase Edmonds | Free Agent RB

Chase Edmonds handles eight touches in loss to the Broncos.

Edmonds rushed five times for nine yards and caught three passes for 12 yards. The rookie runner isn’t a recommended bench stash in redraft leagues as a handcuff on the league’s worst offense.
