Join now >Saquon Barkley (knee) is officially active for Week 1.
This was fully expected, as it was reported last night that Barkley received full clearance. Now we’ll see how much of a workload Barkley gets in his first game back from last year’s ACL tear, but he should probably be in most fantasy lineups as a premier big-play threat.

Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) is inactive for Week 1.
Things felt like they were trending in this direction for OBJ, but this is still a bit of a shocker. The Browns are taking a very cautious approach to Beckham’s return from injury.

Zach Ertz (hamstring) officially questionable to return for the Eagles.
It’s unclear when Ertz was injured, but he’s not out there for the Eagles to begin the second half. Philadelphia is relying on big production from their tight ends, and hopefully Ertz can return soon.

Raheem Mostert (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
With the Niners up by 21, it’s not a surprise that Mostert is being ruled out to begin the second half. We’ll get an update from Kyle Shanahan either after the game or within the next few days, but this is shaping up to be a potential multi-week type of thing for the veteran running back.
9/12/21 - 02:54 PM ET
Ryan Fitzpatrick (hip) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
This isn’t a big surprise after Fitzpatrick was helped off the field in the first half, and it’ll be Taylor Heinicke finishing the rest of today’s Week 1 contest against the Chargers. Now we just have to hope this isn’t a long-term thing for Fitzpatrick. More information on his status should become available in the next day or so.

Ryan Fitzpatrick leaves game.
Fitzpatrick took a bit hit and was down on the field, and now Taylor Heinicke is in the game for Washington. Hopefully Fitzpatrick is able to return soon, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Raheem Mostert (knee) questionable to return for the Niners.
Mostert had a great matchup to open the season and was off to a pretty good start, but this obviously isn’t a great sign for a guy that’s dealt with durability issues. Hopefully Mostert can return soon. Keep in mind that third-round rookie Trey Sermon was a healthy scratch for Week 1.
