Gallman had one carry for two yards and one reception for 11 yards while working behind Saquon Barkley. For fantasy purposes, Gallman is just a handcuff.

Jordan Reed catches six passes in Redskins’ loss.
Reed was targeted eight times against the Colts, gaining 55 yards on his six receptions. He also lost a fumble in the game. The good news is Reed remains healthy, and he’ll be a TE1 option next week against the Packers.

Ezekiel Elliott scores in SNF win over the Giants.
Elliott rushed 17 times for 78 yards and a touchdown, which came from six yards out in the fourth quarter. He also caught five passes but gained just nine yards. Zeke didn’t have a ton of room to run for most of the night, but fantasy owners were saved with a late score. We’ll see if the sans Travis Frederick offensive line can move Seattle’s banged up front next Sunday, but Elliott no longer looks like a shoo-in top-five play.

Paul Richardson catches four passes in Week 2.
Richardson gained 63 yards on his four receptions (six targets), including a long gain of 34 yards. If you play Richardson next week against the Packers, you’re hoping for a potential shootout.

Saquon Barkley catches 14 passes against the Cowboys.
The Giants couldn’t get anything going on the ground, and they couldn’t really protect Eli Manning, so Barkley benefited from a lot of check-downs throughout the night. Overall, he had 11 carries for 28 yards and 14 receptions (on 16 targets) for 80 yards. The 14 receptions set a Giants franchise record, and it tied an NFL rookie record. Barkley rarely went down on first contact in the game, as he showed his exceptional athleticism while gaining positive yardage on his touches. Barkley remains a solid RB1 option for Week 3 against Houston.

Chris Thompson gets 17 touches in Week 2.
Thompson was the top target for Alex Smith against the Colts, getting a team-high 14 targets and catching 13 passes for 92 yards. Thompson also carried four times, but he gained only one yard. Coming off a broken leg, Thompson has been featured in Washington’s offense to open the year, and he’s a strong option in fantasy lineups, especially in PPR leagues.

Cowboys get after Eli Manning in Week 2 win.
The Giants offensive line could not handle the Cowboys up front, as Dallas got to Manning for six sacks in the game. Manning was 33/44 for 279 yards and a touchdown in the loss, with the score going to a wide-open Evan Engram in the end zone late in the game. Despite skill-position talent around him, Manning should not be trusted in fantasy lineups while playing behind a struggling offensive line.
