Join now >The Cowboys are signing Corey Clement.
Clement goes from the Eagles to the Giants and now to the Cowboys, as he’ll remain in the NFC East but move down south to Texas. The former undrafted running back lands in a good spot, as he’ll likely be the No. 3 back behind Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard to open the year. Clement also brings strong special-teams ability to Dallas.

The Vikings placed Kene Nwangwu (knee) on injured reserve.
Nwangwu will now miss at least the first three games of the season, but the promising rookie is someone to monitor in PPR leagues in particular as he heals up and makes his NFL debut at some point this fall.

The Patriots are placing N’Keal Harry (shoulder) on injured reserve.
Harry isn’t expected to miss much time with his shoulder injury, but he’ll now be out at least three games while on IR. We’d think Harry has a shot to return for the highly anticipated Week 4 matchup against the Bucs.

The Patriots are signing Ben Mason, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Mason is officially signing to the practice squad, but he is likely to quickly be elevated to the active roster. The former fifth-round pick will help lead the way for Damien Harris and the other running backs in New England.

T.Y. Hilton recently had surgery, but will be back “sooner than later,” according to general manager Chris Ballard.
Hilton is dealing with a disc issue, though this is apparently good news—with Ballard saying it wasn’t a major procedure and that he’s already relieved about the situation. Age and overall durability concerns on a run-first offense are reasons to still be skeptical about T.Y. as a strong fantasy option, but he is definitely a good candidate to draft late and/or pick up to stash on IR.

The Eagles are signing Travis Fulgham to the practice squad.
Fulgham led the team in receiving last year, but he fell behind in camp, and will now develop back on the practice squad. Philadelphia is going with a lot of speed with their starting trio of DeVonta Smith, Jalen Reagor, and Quez Watkins in 11 personnel.

The Eagles signed Jordan Howard to the practice squad.
Howard surprisingly didn’t make the final roster for the Eagles, but he’s back with the team on the practice squad to begin the regular season. If something were to happen to starter Miles Sanders, Howard would likely get the call up and might even become Philadelphia’s primary ball-carrier over Boston Scott and rookie Kenneth Gainwell.
