Peterman was 5/18 for 24 yards and two interceptions before getting benched for rookie Josh Allen. The stat line is obviously ugly, but Peterman didn’t have much of a chance with the Bills overmatched by Baltimore’s defense. We’ll see if Peterman gets inserted back into the starting lineup, but he’s obviously not a recommended fantasy option if he starts against the Chargers, the team he threw five interceptions against in his first start last season.

Kaelin Clay fumbles punt in Week 1 loss.
Unfortunately, the fumbles punt didn’t give the Giants one last shot on offense, sealing the Jaguars Week 1 victory. Mistakes happen, and hopefully Clay gets a chance to make up for it with the Giants.

Rhett Ellison catches one pass in Week 1.
Ellison gained 16 yards on his lone reception against the Jaguars. He’s a solid real-life contributor for the Giants, but Ellison is not a fantasy option at the moment.

John Ross catches three-yard score in Week 1 win.
It was Ross’ first career reception and came on a bullet fade for his only catch of the game. The stat line isn’t what you’d expect out of a speedster, but those who took the gamble on the 2017 first-round pick were at least rewarded with a touchdown. Ross will look to get behind Baltimore’s defense on Thursday night, but he’s just a high-upside, low-floor FLEX option.

Evan Engram catches two passes against the Jaguars.
Engram gained 18 yards on his two receptions (five targets). Unfortunately, Engram’s struggle with drops has continued to open his second NFL season, so he needs to get more consistent there. Engram did have an outstanding leaping catch deep down the field that was wiped out by an offensive penalty. He gets the Cowboys in Week 2.
9/10/18 - 10:27 AM ET
C.J. Uzomah catches four-yard pass in win over the Colts.
Uzomah doesn’t have fantasy value as Cincinnati’s No. 3 tight end behind Tyler Eifert and Tyler Kroft.
9/10/18 - 10:27 AM ET
Tyler Kroft catches one pass in Week 1 win.
It went for nine yards. Kroft is coming off a solid year, but he won’t be a fantasy option with Tyler Eifert healthy. He should remain on the waiver wire as Baltimore comes to town on Thursday night.
