Anthony Fasano | Dolphins TE

Anthony Fasano catches one pass in Week 17 loss.

It went for one yard. Fasano finishes the first season of his second stint in Miami with 12 receptions for 107 yards and one score. He is a free agent this offseason and turns 34 in April.

Golden Tate | Free Agent WR

Golden Tate catches 71-yard touchdown in Week 17.

Tate had a very good end to the season against the Packers, catching seven passes for 104 yards and the touchdown. Tate had a 92/1,003/5 line this season, as he reached 90 receptions for the fourth straight year (every season since joining the Lions) and 1,000 yards in two straight seasons (and three of the last four). Any potential new coaching staff will likely utilize Tate similar to the way he’s been used in the past four seasons.

Jacquizz Rodgers | Free Agent RB

Jacquizz Rodgers gets two touches in Week 17 win.

Rodgers caught two passes for 20 yards. He entered the season as the starter due to Doug Martin’s suspension, but the 27-year-old didn’t do much for fantasy owners with 64 carries for 244 yards and one touchdown in 2017. He probably won’t be a factor in 2018.

1/1/18 - 02:05 AM ET

Justin Hardy | Bears WR

Justin Hardy caught two passes for 32 yards in Sunday’s win over Carolina.

Hardy was forced into extended action when Taylor Gabriel went down, and he ended up with a career-high in yards for the season as a result. The third-year receiver finished with a 20/221/3 line in the regular season, and he will look to make some postseason plays for the Falcons beginning next Saturday night against the Rams.

1/1/18 - 12:27 AM ET

A.J. Derby | Free Agent TE

A.J. Derby catches one pass in Week 17 loss.

It went for nine yards. Derby appeared in 11 games between the Broncos and Dolphins this season, catching a combined 21 passes for 244 yards and two touchdowns. He turns 27 next September, but Derby is worth monitoring if he stays in Adam Gase’s offense.

1/1/18 - 01:15 AM ET

Martavis Bryant | Free Agent WR

Martavis Bryant caught six passes for 65 yards in Sunday’s win over the Browns.

Bryant and JuJu Smith-Schuster were basically the entire passing attack for Pittsburgh, and it was enough to hold off Cleveland. In his first year back from a season-long suspension, Bryant put up a 50/603/3 line in 15 games (eight starts), but he came on strong down the stretch. The Steelers could need some big plays out of him in the playoffs if Antonio Brown is out or limited.

12/31/17 - 11:09 PM ET

Cameron Brate | Free Agent TE

Cameron Brate caught three passes for 37 yards in Sunday’s win over New Orleans.

Brate slightly regressed from last year’s breakout, finishing with 48 receptions for 591 yards and six touchdowns. O.J. Howard probably had something to do with that, and things will probably be more frustrating for fantasy owners investing in Brate next season. He won’t be a recommended TE1 in fantasy drafts next summer.
